Those point were kind of weak actually and i'll give examples why.

If my money go to NHS and the drugs I pay for go to a druggie rather than real treatment, that's a waste of my money as the drugs are not being used for their actual purpose.

If someone pays for my roads and for police for me to legally drive on the road and I do that, those expenses are going to their rightful use.

If someone is paying for the roads and I have no license, yet still drive illegally and police has not caught me then yes, of course the taxpayer should be unhappy as their money are being wasted.

Out of all the people I know who decided to play guitar, a very small handful ever stuck at it and got good. And that was people who were very passionate about it, dedicated a huge amount of time, had formal classes from guitar teachers , played in school etc.

It's one of those things that looks and sounds good, but when you actually start playing yourself, you find the level that you actually learn and progress to be frustratingly slow. At least in my experience.

Hence the buy a cheap guitar so if you don't like it, you haven't wasted 1000 bongs on some precision quality instrument that will turn into a living room ornament.

Don't get me wrong, it works in my best interest, higher default rate on mortgages (I'm making a large jump from unsecured to secured debt here, yet a possible one) means more housing stock, more housing stock means lower prices, ergo I can afford a house.

I can circumnavigate a higher interest rate by using more capital for a lower LTV rate, and basically get gummed by the banks to sign.

Also, being a skilled professional, less EU nationals means less competition, meaning I'll get paid more as I move around, comparatively to pre-Brexit.

Just don't think 27 nations vs. 1 is a very fair fight, I know who I'd put the money on.
