If something exists in the social science, you will be able to measure its existence in several different ways simultaneously and the measures will all agree with eachother. Biological measurements are very very relevant to the social sciences, especially psychology, Neuropsychology and Neuropharmacology exist at the boundary between the social sciences and biology for instance. Something valid in psychology for example, you'll have a neurological model of it, you'll have a pharmacological model, you'll rely on patient surveys, etc. etc.

It's absolute twaddle biology has nothing to do with gender because they have already discovered trans are more likely to have brain structures usually more prevalent in the opposite sex. This gives a potential explanation in regards to MtF and FtM transexualism, and people who feel "inbetween genders", although it doesn't explain things like "genderfluid" or feeling "snailkind" at all.
