yeah - i've had a few relationships/hookups and i know the feeling you're talking about. i stopped having it around age 14 and now have little to no interest in having a relationship with anybody. i don't even think about sex all that much anymore, either. by the end of my previous relationship (which ended 14 months ago) my girlfriend had to beg me to have sex with her and i could hardly even keep it up sometimes. and I'm 22 and pretty healthy

I think I sort of know how you feel, OP. I think that after telling myself that nothing matters enough times I'm actually starting to believe it, and I've become nonchalant to the point that I don't even try to talk to women in a romantic way. I don't know if such a thing as a "perfect match" exists- I doubt it- but I also can't stand the idea of settling down and raising a family with someone that doesn't understand me, and any relationship I have short of my standards just feels hollow.
