I recently started a 5 apples/day diet, starting the day with green tea and 2-3 time/week i eat a little vegetable soup

My daily workout routine: (for now, i can't spare much time nor can i do more due to not having strength, stamina and being obese according to BMI)
>2x20 squat
>15 push ups (i use my knees as support not my feet, can't do it otherwise, i have to build up strength and lose weight)
>2x10 sit ups
I wanted to run too originally, but i'm very prone to getting shin splinters

Is this okay for the time being? i'm 21 for the record

I do not hope for better days anymore, i just want to get rid of this weight

eating this little isn't a good idea. it is generally known that changing your intake makes your body adapt by burning less energy. when you change your dietary habits again the weight you lost will return quickly.
Really, consider taking on an endurance sport to increase your metabolism like running or cycling, and make it your daily habit

It's not going to work the way you think it will, you'll just exhaust yourself until you finally start eating somewhat normally.

Buy a food scale, buy a measuring cup. Having those two things will greatly increase your chances of losing weight while still eating a reasonable amount every day so long as you use them to count the calories you're eating. The reason for this is that the calories on nutrition labels are typically just averages. But with a scale, you can know exactly what your serving sizes really are.

Outside of that I recommend the /fit/ sticky for decent information on a sustainable fitness/diet routine.

Get weights. Heavy ass weights.

You lose way more fat by lifting than you do through pussy shit like push ups. It speeds your metabolism and gives you more testosterone.

You're going to want to double your bodyweight exercises. Once in the morning and once before bed should let you get through it twice. After about a month you're going to need to start lifting freeweights or work up a 2 hour calisthenics routine to continue priogressing

Since you can't run, get a 10 speed bike and ride it in the lowest gear poosible.

Go to >>>/fit/ and read the sticky, because no "____ diet" is actually going to help you. Learn to balance your macros and count calories. It'll help if you learn how to cook in the process.

Eat more, my dude. A grown man needs around 2000 kcal a day, so cut it down to 1600-1800 kcal a day and exercise. It may take a while, but it is certain and no torture.
