i'm 6' and around 160lbs but a surprising amount of my weight is leg muscle and i have no clue what that's about. i don't work out. i think it might be somewhat genetic because people on my dad's family all seem to have really beefy legs.

i have had multiple people ask me if i bike just from seeing my calves

still no gf though so they are as useless as all other parts of my body

6'1" 150lb. I used to float between 170-180 in HS when I lifted but I didn't have any specific diet so it was fat and muscle. I feel better being leaner but I miss being bulky and having my arms/chest fill out my t-shirts

Fucking hate being skinny. Been trying for years to put fucking meat on this shitty frame. It's going very slowly and oftentimes results in just putting fat over the nonexistent muscle. At least fat people have actual meat on them and the strength that comes with it.

I'm very satisfied with my current weight and it's more practical for my lifestyle. I just miss having a thicker bulkier physique from time to time because I filled out a size large t-shirt in the chest and arm holes. I do enjoy being able to wear a medium t shirt and slim fit above the knee shorts with room to spare though

It started coming off very quickly after high school. I'd say my weight leveled out after a year or two and it's maintained since then. Shit load of swimming, cycling, hiking and a bit of work kept it going down and off. I stopped drinking liquor and soda, started cooking more balanced meals at home and not eating as much in one sitting but spreading it out. I never intended to lose weight I just started to and it kept going.
