still has 96% of his presidency remaining

America will be great again by the end.

I thought he would make America great again. He's just fucking it up.

Ah well, no such thing as a good president anymore.
We're beyond fixing, shit's too complex.

At least he's honest-to-goodness trying, bless his little heart
>>
the same way i always have. what i don't get is why people are trying to act like he's going back on his word or failing to do anything when dems are putting roadblocks in front of him to deliberately stop him from getting anything done. but yeah, i've liked almost everything he's done so far barring the disaster that would've been ryancare. but i think he knew that was never going to go through. may have been some of that old fashioned 4d chess.

It was exactly as I predicted.
Nothing good happened, he accomplished nothing and it will be vacant idiocy for the rest of his term.

He won't be reelected either.

Not gonna lie, former Trump voter here. This is hilarious watching Drumpf crash and burn. But in all seriousness we can't let Blumph get the nuclear codes.

He isn't draining the swamp

He isn't locking up Clinton

He isn't negotiating good deals

He isn't repealing Obama care

Mexico isn't paying for the wall

He failed at passing border control twice

He wants to give tax cuts to the rich

He is doubling down with Israel

He's already started campaigning again

I really bought that he was an outsider who was going to drain the swamp.

I think he's doing a terrible job.

Also to be clear, I am not a Trump "supporter" but I did vote for him which should make it clear I'm no liberal or up Hillary's ass. I never liked the man though and still don't but I don't vote for people based on their personality and even if I did it would still have been a tight race between Madam Epilepsy and Mr. Orange.

So far it's been pretty shit. He hasn't had any meaningful change our of pulling out of the TPP, he's constantly making a fool of himself, fucking up all his supposed promise, plus all that Russia shit is just a giant mess heap. To be clear, I don't give a fuck if Trump colluded with Russia to release information that could have hurt the Democrats, wasn't gonna change my vote anyway but if he's in Putin's pocket then he needs to fucking go. We don't know if he is or not but if it's Trump paid off some Russian hackers to do him favors and that's it, while that's shitty I have a hard time caring. Russia didn't force people to vote.

That said, do I think things are going to get better? Yes but not significantly. I do think Trump is still dealing with the growing pains of being a politician and while Trump has fucked up a lot the system is built in such a way that America isn't going to burn in 4 years. I do think he's to reign it back though but I do think this first year at least is going to a shitshow.

I wouldn't feel sad if Trump got removed tomorrow though. I think Pence would be an infinitely superior president even though Pence is a kook in his own right but Pence at least knows how to handle himself and project an image of being classy and level-headed. Get any decent Republican in there and you wouldn't see me crying over Trump. Still though, I want Trump to succeed if only because it would prove that an outsider can do the job and set a precedent for future candidates. The country would only benefit from having more variety in candidates next go around.

He's doing most of the things he promised. I'd like to know how he's genuinely fucking up, but people keep outright lying about things. For instance I saw ANOTHER article saying he deleted white house pages on global warming, this time on the Guardian, when in reality it was the Obama administration who moved the old White House web site and twitter account to new URLs to archive them. I like to look at the retards on Reddit as well and they eat this shit up.
All it does is just make me think EVERYTHING they say about Trump is a lie or misleading, so I can't even be critical of the President. Thanks media.

his presidency is a completely trainwreck. In a way I'm glad he became president because i think he'll be the last republican president we'll ever see in office after it's all said and done. Bush was already fucked up massively but after 8 years we get an even worse republican president?

I'm a Bernie liberal and Trump has made me realise how all that nonsensical liberal crap that Obama/Hillary care about actually makes sense.

Better have a corrupt Obama/Hillary in office than this orange turd. Politics is about compromise and you are never going to have policies that go against the financial/economic elite.

No wonder Obama/Hillary are in their pockets. But at least they did the best of it, despite of that.

This orange turd just fucking shovels money from taxpayers into the elite's pockets.

I think part of growing up is realising that you are never going to achieve some political utopia where everything just goes your way. You just have to make the best of it. This orange turd certainly isn't.

Literally on the official Obama blog.

>The Obama White House website - which includes press articles, blog posts, videos, and photos - will be available at ObamaWhiteHouse.gov, a site maintained by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), beginning on January 20, 2017. If you are looking for a post or page on the Obama administration's WhiteHouse.gov from 2009 through 2017, you can find it by changing the URL to ObamaWhiteHouse.gov. >The Obamacare repeal fail last week.
The effort to repeal it is still going. The fact they're even trying mean he's trying to keep his promise. It's unrealistic to expect him to be able to fulfill every promise thanks to something called "Checks & Balances".

>Also 3500 stores are going to close next month and he promised to bring back jobs
What store? Radio Shack? Another company which was bound to go bankrupt? It's funny how when something negative happens it's Trump's fault, but when something positive happens, like the high stock numbers, it's because of Obama.
As it is now Trump hasn't been in office long enough to fuck over companies like that, so it's more likey those 3500 stores were going to close, just like how Ford's 1.5 billion dollar deal was already going to happen as far back as 2015.

>embracing identity politics

Petty crap. Who fucking cares?

Huge problem but there is no easy fix. Trump simply lied. He has no way of bringing back jobs. There is no simple solution to this huge problem. There isn't ANY solution that doesn't have a COST and that cost is going to be paid by the taxpayers or the citizens in some way shape or form.

So Trump tacitly promised socialism and you retards were like, "woo sounds like a great idea!, yay!" but in reality the Republicans won't allow him to do that of course so he is probably just going to lie through his teeth about the economic situation improving.

Look the only way he can create jobs is if he literally just grabs tax money and creates government funded jobs. That's the only way.

The Republicans do it with the military industrial complex. They know this. Everyone knows this.

>>
>>35876898
>>35876883
Did he ever claim to bring back those jobs? From what I remember 90% of the "we're going to bring back jobs" were related to manufacturing, not retail. There is a MASSIVE difference between the two.
He was incredibly vague about what he wanted to do as well, so only the most retarded Trump supporters actually believe he's going to magically do something to change the market drastically.

>Look the only way he can create jobs is if he literally just grabs tax money and creates government funded jobs. That's the only way.
That's wrong though. He can make America more conductive to businesses, especially small businesses which are being strangled by regulations. Keep in mind a lot of these regulations were funded by companies like Walmart, because they can afford to live with tons of regulations, unlike smaller stores which can't.

>>35876851
I don't think you can do much to prepare for it. It's been a gradual change and any company which didn't want to account for it will perish. That's how the market works. This already happened once in the 2000s, so people should have realized their lesson by now. I doubt even a dictator could do much about this without fucking the market up.

The US is the only country with enough poltical clout to actually do something about climate change. The US could force every nation to agree to the Paris Agreement if they were so inclined.

He played the game of the "unintended" implication.

He most definitely implied that he was just simply going to have good paying middle class jobs for everyone who one. That's what he implied. He was vague on purpose.

>He can make America more conductive to businesses, especially small businesses which are being strangled by regulations

Sorry that's not true. This is just a nice lie that Republicans like to believe. Jobs are driven by demand. No amount of decreasing taxes will suddenly make industry hire people on the scale required. Also regulations do decrease jobs. But some regulations are just plain common sense and we live in a first world country. Nobody wants Chinese slave factory work conditions, not even the Trumpfags. That's not the jobs they want.
>>
>>35876952
>especially small businesses which are being strangled by regulations.

The other part of that story is that those regulations make those jobs, good paying ones in the first place.

Wait, you need a license and continued certification to operate a fork lift? Then I guess I cannot hire an illegal mexican for $3/hr. I need to hire an American with certification and pay him 4$/hr above minimum wage.

If you remove those regulations you end up with tons of shitty jobs and lots of good jobs suddenly end up paying shit with shittier working conditions.

Why do Republicans never say this?

It's always, "hurr durr regulations BAD!".
>>
>>35877104
>This is just a nice lie that Republicans like to believe
It's true though. Look at local ISPs for a great example. Heck lemme just link an article on that.

https://arstechnica.com/business/2014/04/one-big-reason-we-lack-internet-competition-starting-an-isp-is-really-hard/

>Jobs are driven by demand. No amount of decreasing taxes will suddenly make industry hire people on the scale required.
Remember when Wal-mart raised their minimum wage? That made it so other retail stores had to do something similar to even hire enough people. That's actually affecting the company I work at too. We don't have enough people working in the stores because they'd rather work at a big box retailer who can afford to pay them $11 an hour. The market isn't as ideal as anyone makes it out to be, including republicans who think the only thing you need to do is remove regulations. The idea that regulations are almost always a good thing is ignorant though.

>>35877144
>The other part of that story is that those regulations make those jobs, good paying ones in the first place.
I never said all regulation needs to go, but there are many instance of regulation by bigger companies that were pushed with the intention of killing smaller companies. I gave three real world examples above.

People like to think that regulations are going to stop big companies or something, but in reality they love regulation. Even if the intent of the regulation is good, if it's not done carefully it can and will be exploited by large companies to undermine small business.

Well yes, only memeing idiot AnCaps think all regulations are bad. The problem is it's widely acceptable to think all regulations are good, which is just as retarded.

>Nobody wants Chinese slave factory work conditions, not even the Trumpfags.
Companies have to deal with people choosing to work for them. A shitty company will probably collapse if they don't treat their workers well. The importance of those kinds of regulations these days are really overstated. I still think they're needed for safety reasons, but we're really not in any danger of going back to 14 days on 1 day off steel mills with high fatality rates.

It's all good. However they seem to be hell bent on unplugging Obamacare rather than fixing it. If it even can be fixed properly...
>>

>>

Not everyone is a redditor. I was listening to Indivisible and there are callers who are Democrats who think he is a strong leader who is getting things done he promised as efficient as possible and there are Trump voters tossing insults at him.

Wish he would leave the environment stuff alone and push nuclear instead
>>
>>35878678
It's simple allow nationwide competition and you'll get something cheaper like car insurance with lots of options
>>

That isn't the constitution dude, that's "the immigration and nationality act".

His cabinet is absolute trash aside from Bannon, and he seems to be kowtowing to the neocon Ryan-McConnell faction more and more. What a fucking disappointment. Still wouldn't trade him for Killary though

I think hes surrounded himself with the wrong people, that was character flaw about him in a documentary and one of the reasons his casino venture went tits up.
>>
ACA won't get repealed, it's too huge revenue-wise.

Mandatory health insurance and a tax if you don't have a plan is a big cut out from our paycheck.

For essentially nothing in return, much like other government deductions .

So the capitalists who own medical companies can make a killing for their profits.
>>
>>35875932
>when dems are putting roadblocks in front of him to deliberately stop him from getting anything done
Republicans control the presidency, house, senate and Supreme Court. You really, REALLY cannot use the excuse that the Dems are somehow blocking him.

>he's done so far barring the disaster that would've been ryancare.
He supported Ryancare you total retard, and Ryan was the one that withdrew it when it became clear that not even the Repubs would vote for it. If Trump was really playing muh 50d backgammon, he would have seized on the opportunity when the bill was released to gut Ryan, his implacable foe. But he didn't, because he's not that smart
>>
Imagine this: Trump has gotten more morbidly obese women up and moving than Michelle Obama did in 8 years and programs that cost tax payers billions. Who would've thought calling people out on their bullshit would do it instead of being a pandering bitch?
>>
we can't let trump get the nuclear codes
>>
>>35875932
>Has house and Senate and thinks Dems are roadblocks
Lmao. He just has shitty policies that his own party doesn't agree on
>>
The term "redistribution of wealth" actually mostly applies to the middle class with bills like the ACA forcing it to be that way.

The medical industry is only expensive because people like Shkreli charge at 2000000% profits over cost to produce.
>>
>>35877013

Neoconservatives and democrats are essentially the same party.

Americans really need to die. Just think what would happen if we got rid of that mindset. Dems and repubs would start taking what people are trlling them to stop doing seriously since they would start having real competotion.
>>
>>35879058
The problem is the lack of campaign financing regulations. Most voters in the states are completely retarded and just vote for whoever their parents voted for and/or whoever is advertising the most on tv during family feud commercial breaks. The fact that the Dems can even spend a billion dollars for the presidential election is completely insane.

Just pitiful. Everytime criticism is thrown at trump his supporters scream b-but Hillary! The election is over, trump won. No more excuses. Your golden boy is failing. At this rate, the dems will regain multiple seats in the senate in 2018 and he'll have no chance of doing shit.

Using words like "denier" to dismiss someone would only hamper your own possibility to learn from others.
>>
>>35882124
How is one supposed to agree with him over the climate scientists, if the models and statistics are so complicated most laymen won't be able to understand them? It's a guarantee you certainly don't understand the science behind it, so why pick one side over the other, other than emotion?
>>
>>35882124
He's still not a climate scientist. I don't get financial advice from high school math teachers even though they probably understand numbers. Not getting my climate change information from an airplane designer.
>>
>>35882113
ok cool but the state is practically in unison with the Orthodox Church, the muslim minority is shit poor, in the south, and largely irrelevant
>>
>>35882124
But if he's an airplane designer it would be in his interest to claim that climate change doesn't exist, wouldn't it?
>>

They have no qualms with joining isis. I'm sure if directed they would attack Christians in Russia or elsewhere in Eastern Europe. Honestly I'd feel safer in Dearborn than there.

They would get crushed anywhere. They don't care. They are suicide attackers. Their aim is to kill as many people as they can before they die.

I'm more interested about elections in my country right now desu.
Going by the number given by a draw:
1) An SJW
2) Male equivalent to Hillary
3) Some random guy thrown in by 6) to fuck up votes for right wing parties
4) Liberal that's not as bad as the rest of them but he's still gonna get 2% tops
5) LIVING M E M E, literally dude made a V A P O R V A V E promotional video
6) Guy in charge right now, talks the nationalist talk but is just a cuck
7) Good guy, if a bit too right wing for my taste
8) Trump larper
9) Great guy, too bad he's gonna get 1% at best
10) Great guy, but he's only going to get votes from his city
11) Separatist fat SJW cuck

I don't see how you came to that conclusion. He built this airplane, not Boeing types that consume massive amounts of fuel. He even built his home so that it doesn't consume energy, with solar panels and stuff, just cause he wanted to. He's not some oilmagnate.

>>35882187
>I don't get financial advice from high school math teachers

That's arrogance on your part, I took financial advice from my Chad PE teacher, and it's helped tremendously, you need to understand that there are people, while not being "experts" are still very intelligent, and who's common sense is worth more than any degree.

Your unwavering belief in these "climate scientists" is like a new dogma, how come you put your faith in these fallible men? Just look up Burt Rutan and learn from him, if you are not willing to challenge your own beliefs, there's no point in convincing you really.

Because I am 28 years old and I want to prolong humanity's existence on this planet and henceforth my own. Are the climate scientists right or wrong? I think it's more dangerous to gamble on them being wrong. I have no vested interest in the fossil fuel industry unlike that youtuber you keep shilling. This also means I don't have nearly as much money to dedicate to the causes I care about and my representation in government is merely symbolic. It doesn't really matter what I think.

I oppose fracking myself, look what it's done to Oklahoma. But at the same time I agree that it's given the US a huge advantage and gave those ragheads in OPEC a good dicking. Hell it even hurts Russia. This shit just isn't sustainable though. We need something better. We kind of already have it, but the long term storage of energy from solar or other similar things is a major hurdle that must be overcome. That's what we need to put our money into. We need better battery technology.

He's already rich, he even went to space, I don't think he needs the money. You sound like a conspiracy theorist.

>>35882554
But I did challenge my beliefs, and I came to the conclusions that this man is more trustworthy than these priests of the new age. You're aping me is hardly an intelligent response from such an astute believer of climate science.

>>35882562
He's not a Youtuber, he's a well known inventor with his brother, was one of the first civilians to go into space, this is hardly a small accomplishment. You seem like a defeatist by your attitude, first of all how should "humanity" deal with climate change when half of "humanity" doesn't care (it's more than half really since you can include the entire African and Asian continents who make up a major part of earth's population. What do you suggest we do? Cripple our industries so that the Chinese can continue to pollute? If it is in fact real, what can be done about it. Personally I think environmental protections are much more effective on a local basis, such as national parks, and statues protecting local life, instead of international agreements that cripple Western economies.

Either way, the dismissive tone you use while discussing this, reveals that you have neither respect, or any real vested interest in this, besides posturing about "humanity".
>>
>>35882731
That's what all these babies who cry about global warming don't understand, we're going to stop burning shit into the atmosphere simply as a byproduct of technology advancing. We shouldn't be slowing our progress down right when we need it most
>>
>>35882794
>believer of climate science
Cultist behavior right there. You automatically assume I'm something just because I'm not 100% behind your beliefs that you base on your complete lack of understanding of science.

Again, how can you tell his arguments hold more water than those scientists you fear? You can't. You don't have any scientific understanding.
>>
>>35882849
You're deflecting, you clearly trust these people, as (if you're the same person) you've quoted statistics of "97%". My understanding is that they base economic decisions on "models" and not real data. I'm not going to put my faith in people who receive grants from the government for research that supports the policies of the government.

It's not necessarily dying. The method of delivery is being shifted. I stream most of the live TV I watch over the internet. I don't pay, I figured out a hack for one of the paid services, but you have Sling, Playstation Vue, DirecTV Now... There's so much free shit too. I could stream Sky News off of Youtube using Kodi if I wanted to.

Sports is the main draw for live TV honestly. That's going to be the anchor well into the future.

I am slowly regretting voting for him, but if the reelection were tomorrow, I would still vote for him, mainly because there is no better alternative than him.

This country is fucked and will never be made great again. Trump is only delaying the inevitable. Soon, the kikes will prevail and they will fuck our country politically and demographically to the point America dies, either through civil war or internal collapse.

The election season was the best, and I wish I could re-live it all over again. It was honestly one of the happiest times of my life.

I use other people's accounts to sign into those apps. I have the Amazon Fire Stick and I activated the apps for every channel I watch. I also use stolen Netflix and Hulu passwords. Only the poorest of the poor in the Philippines don't know English. Even that's going to change now that the kids in the slums are watching pirated DVDs of english language content with no subtitles from birth. There won't be any issue with assimilation even if she continues watching some content from her homeland.

that's your metric?
Mass shootings don't happen all that often. anyway, there was a shooting in a club in Cincinnatti, just a few weeks ago. only 1 person died, but 15 were shot.

there have NEVER been ISIS attacks on the US. those were all homegrown lone gunmen.

the immigration problem has been slowing for years. just like unemployment has been dropping for years. Drumpf had nothing to do with either.

You aren't listening to the trans-news. right now people are focused on Planned Parenthood. anyway, the NCAA pulled out of N Carolina because of their bathroom bill. that's drama, isn't it? people flipped their shit when Sen Warren got shushed for trying to read a Coretta Scott King letter, during Jeff Sessions' confirmation for Attorney General

anyway, I hope this makes you less comfy.
