i take breaks for various reasons and never experience withdrawal symptoms

i mostly smoke to have something to occupy my time with and it's convenient cover to dip out of a social event when it gets overwhelming. also people talk to you when you have cigarettes so it's a good social lubricant in that sense.

if someone came up to me and was like "you can never smoke again" i would have no problem with that.
