The song was popularized by a WebM of a guy jumping off a building with this song playing in the background
Me and my friends looking down to Downtown Los Angeles at night while smoking a blunt
hook me up senpai.
I don't even know how to play basketball but I'd learn if I had a court like this and someone who actually understood me to play with
If you post youtube links I"ll make cringey freestyles over it

What kind of music do robots listen to at night?
>>35439008
One more time try senpai.
>>35439013
It's cold as fuck in Canada right now. Night walks are out of the question.
>>35437833
This reminds me of a puzzle

It's definitely right this time I"m a tard

Thissss cold
>>35439160
How is Ottawa, dude? You a native? I'm curious about Canada in general, might check it out one day.
>>35439079
Radiohead of course my horse.
>>35439158
I was expecting something serious, and got memes instead.
Pretty amusing, thanks Anon.
>>35439158
Beautiful man. Autistic rap is my favorite genre. Have this OC of a random bunker.
>>35439178
Everything is very expensive here. The weather is generally cold.
If you live in America, I don't recommend living here. No, I'm not Native.
>>35435593
posting original fresh comfort
>>35439158
LMFAO
Nice one anon.
This comment was not originalol
>>35439230
I live in Australia. So... depending on where you're coming from, I might be even less prepared?
But Canada seems like a cool (hyuk) place to travel to one day. I like cold weather as long as I don't have to sleep in it, but at no point in my life have I had to endure negative 17.
Where do you come from, if you don't mind my asking?
>>35439294
Yeah maybe a nice visit in the summer would be fun for you.
This summer is Canada's 150th birthday, so my city (the capital) has a lot of nifty shit lined up. The birthday itself will be a massive party.
I'm from a smaller town 3 and a half hours from Ottawa. Peterborough. Never go there, even to visit.
>>35436675
not even ironically for me famalam.
I really like the listlessness combined with the gangster culture. There are robots everywhere, even places that don't seem like they would develop
>>35439333
Alright, sounds awesome. I'll have to consider it.
I love comfy threads. They are so chill
>>35439380
Comfy nightlife is the way to go.
>>35438170
Man, its so vast
>>35439410
Man i dont know what to put here to make it original
>>35439439
Would kind of be nice to not have to make everything origorig
fist me dadi
>>35439457
I think its actually a pretty good thing. The best part of comfy threads is getting to share the thread with others. Just a bunch of comfy images in a row... you can get anywhere
>>35439482
Overall, i think /r9k/ would be fine if they didn't have to make every post original
>>35437623
>>35437768
>>35438134
>>35438653
>>35439158
Oh look it's a generic city at dusk but it's Japanese. It's so cool and contemporary, SO cool that you brainless Great Value brand fucks can post the same thing 800 times and never begin to think it's an old hat
Gain some taste you fucking pedestrians
>>35439578
Post something then and show us how it's done.
Rev up those excuses lad
>>35439578
>Gain some taste you fucking pedestrians
>as he doesn't contribute to thread
>>>/out/
>>35439578
That is what infuriates me with these threads. Do most people not realize that its all the same shit? Like everyone is normally chill with each other, but more effort needs to go into posts
>>35439652
Yeah most of it is the same shit, but it's always so chill in comfy threads. That's why i like them
>>35438170
wtf, this looks like a video game but also not, its really messing with me
>>35439632
Here's something somewhat original, I saved it from /g/
It's a guy's actual desktop but you can invent your own story about where it came from and what it represents
Any of you anon's have a great folder with names for every file? It is the ultimate /comfy/
>>35439836
My life isn't organized why would me folders be. I have a general meme folder and a comfy folder but aside from that no
>>35439937
You should try it anon. It can be pretty meditative to spend a little bit of every day placing things and giving them meaning.
Is this /comfy/? I took it myself.
I think a good way to maintain originality in comfy threads is to have others rate pictures you've taken.
>>35440040
It is a bit dark, but I quite like it. Do you have a pic of that landscape during the day?|
Here is one of my recents
>>35440113
No, but I'll try to remember to take one. That picture is from my hometown, and I'm going back to visit in a week.
I have two more good ones, but they're both above the max file size.
>>35439079
I don't listen to anything while on night walks desu
>>35439079
Elliott Smith is perfect for night time walks
>>35435593
Someone make a /comfy/ dubtrack room an I'll play tunes for the next 3 or 4 hours.
>>35435593
Off 2foodstuff
I'm writing a screenplay / TV series / comic book type thing
Around the year 1940 technology continued to progress but it wasn't the ubiquitous technology that obsoleted things and made it entirely digital, like a smartphone with hundreds of apps. Instead we just kept getting better at physical/mechanical technology and by the 21st century we were so good at it that we could accomplish things that would seem borderline impossible to someone not from the timeline.
The entire show takes place on an enormous airship (like the hindenburg x50, the size of a small city) airship suspended in the sky. What the airship does I'm not really sure but I guess it would be for delivery like the Planet Express ship from Futurama. But it's so big that there's an enormous crew of people that live and work on it, bars, schools, living districts, shopping centres and a hangar for other airships.
It's not stylized like Steampunk (where things are an stylized exaduration of how things would work in the real world), it's a very literal representation of machines and how they work. If there is a stylization it's just the abundance of machinery.
The main characters are a bunch of kids arrested for nefarious activities that get sentenced to years of manual labour aboard the ship. Of course they hate eachother initially but ultimately become to appreciate where they come from and band together. The character that catalyzes the story is a brilliant autist that works in lives in the hangar and has to work with the other kids by circumstance and is analogous to Spock, the character that's incapable of feeling emotion and operates entirely on logic but eventually gets attached to them and can't deny the human appeal
It's like a re-imagining of The Breakfast Club meets Harry Potter, almost like a western anime
It's called "High Maintenance Machines"
>>35439178
different poster but im from BC and have been my whole life. the temps a bit more manageable out here rn at -12 too lmao. BC is fucking awesome though, I defs recommend visiting here if you're thinking about Canada. So many different landscapes and places to see. it's really quite gorgeous tbqh
imma post some cozy shit & tunes too im not feeling right tonight ya know

>>35440514
Sounds like a very interesting concept, Anon.
Good luck!
>>35440519
Thanks, anon, will check things out. No concrete plans right now, but I'm thinking of working my way up to it.
>>35440514
I like the idea. Strong characters are a joy.
What's this guys name again?
original
>>35440546
Thanks man
I'm really making it for other robots. If this ever actually gets produced into the mainstream I'll leave in details and references to /r9k/ that are so obscure that no one else could possibly ever get it
>>35440613
How much of it have you written? I'd be willing to read a rough draft or something.
>>35440631
A bit (about 8000 words) but it's highly disjointed and doesn't make any sense. Mostly I just have ideas that I don't want to forget and justify with barely coherent wording
>>35440514
Have you seen Last exile?
It's what i'm thinking.
It's an Anime

Sharing some comfy music. Enjoy. This has been a great afternoon so far...
