Smart but lazy is a thing. If I pay attention in class I ace literally all of my tests. However I nearly fail because I do no assignmenfs at all. It's just a waste of time while I can be coding or chilling. However I'm more average (or slightly above) than smart. A lot of people are like this, you can't deny it.
