When I was in college, I used to see my friends a few kilometers away during my lunch break. They were something like 20 minutes of fast-walk away, so I hurried my ass, and got to see them 20 minutes before I had to go back.
Did this for 10 months, 5 days a week, and lost all my fucking weight without even noticing.
I wasn't eating that healthy. I had sandwiches for lunch, and used to smoke weed back then, so the munchies made me eat like shit. But I was kinda depressed, so I guess things were balanced.
Anyway, walk more. And stop drinking soda or alcohol.

It actually does creep up and settle closer to 130 pounds if I if I stay home all day, and then I look three months pregnant. The bf likes it, but I don't. I've been maintaining an average deficit of 1/25 pound per day. I just don't eat until the scale reads at or below today's number.
