How do I learn to draw? I feel like I need a hobby, right now

A pencil/paper is all you really need. Learn anatomy first before you start developing style or else your proportions will be fucked. I hope you have the discipline to practice daily or else you're going to plateau, hard.

/ic/ is harsh, but art is a cruel mistress. Don't give up anon, you still have time to practice and improve. If you look at some improvement timeline threads on /ic/ you can see some people make huge leaps and bounds in a few months. Dedicate an hour or so a day to practicing. The people you see who are good didn't get there without blood sweat and tears.

You should pick it back up anon, you could always do commissions on the side if you're good enough. If you're into degenerate kinks that's a bonus, people who do those commissions make a decent amount.

Yet the time spent not drawing and my skills wasting away makes me less motivated to pick it back up because I think of all the time that has gone without me doing it, its the same like this with certain vidya games as well for me

If anyone has steam and wants to be a drawing buddy let me know please

This. Also the reason I stopped at the time was because I was stressed, and it's very difficult to have such a precise hobby that requires concentration when you feel like shit
