We got chinese food the other day, and for the last 2 months I've had some form of heartburn issues (been on medication that stops stomach acid production for 3 weeks now) which explains the convo.

I'm not going to know how she feels based on her saying yes to going out to a meal. In fact, I have no idea how I'll ever find out how she feels without ruining our friendship.

In all honesty us going out to eat is just normal as fuck, honestly. I already know we'll go sometime soon.

My main issue is her conflicting signals and the whole 'my parents are confused why you're always here' comment, as if that's such a bad thing. Almost like they think I'm her boyfriend and she's implying them thinking that is a bad thing. Maybe I'm grasping at straws though.
