In the last thread we have went to hell through suicide, tried to use the warp and killed a monster with it's own eye beams.

The beast's destruction has caused you to level up! You are now a level 1 main character and as such can go up in rank in one profession! Your options are:
>Fightsman
>Gunsman
>Warpsman
>Many different mundane professions which probably won't be used
>>1601188
>>Warpsman
It's time for magic!
>>1601207
You are now level 1 WARPSMAN, level 0 FIGHTSMAN and level 0 GUNSMAN.
You can choose one of the following feats:
>Bigger warp juice meter: adds 1 more section to your warp juice meter
>Better control: slightly improves your general chances of success when using warp juice
>Improvement: improve chance of success when using one of the following warp skills:
>Conjuration(lv1)
>Invocation(lv0)
>Subversion(lv1)
>>1601243
>>Improvement: improve chance of success when using one of the following warp skills:
What are these skills?
>>1601243
Forgot pic
>>1601246
>Improvement: improve chance of success when using one of the following warp skills:
The following are your skills
>Conjuration(lv1)
>Invocation(lv0)
>Subversion(lv1)
>>1601255
Sorry, I meant what do these skills entail? I guess I'll highlight them next time.
>>1601257
>Conjuration
Make material things
>Invocation
Make non-material things
>Subversion
Modify existing things
As you will gain more levels the skills will branch out. The first branch will probably be at level 3 or 4.
>>1601290
You advance to level 2 in the art of SUBVERSION. This is recorded in your brand new PROFILE CARD.
>>1601290
I was thinking that Invocation would be for more abstract stuff but energy beams probably do fall under it's jurisdiction.
>>1601376
Nice.
>I was thinking that Invocation would be for more abstract stuff but energy beams probably do fall under it's jurisdiction.
Does it also deal also with ideas like faith?
How do we refill our Warp meter?
Now that you have defeated the beast, you suddenly realize that you have absolutely no dea what to do next. What do you decide to do?
>>1601431
You refill your warp juice meter with warp juice, obviously.
>>1601439
Loot eyeball beast's corpse. Get a good look of the imp that was laughing at us while we do so.
Quest will continue tomorrow due to me currently having to sleep. In the meantime post any suggestions you may have.
>>1601439
Ask the imp if there is a warp juice fountain nearby.
>>1601439
In order for gravity to work, one of two facts must be true, he'll must be finite with a significant portion of it beneath you, or you will be attracted to the nearest solid object, meaning that either you can walk on walls and the ceiling, or eventually escape. Either that or you're doing the gravity thing by being a foolish mortal.
>>1601443
You can't loot the beast's corpse because it fell into the lava river.
The imp looks kinda like a human head with limbs, horns and wings growing from it's ears. It seems that events which have transpired left him in a state of mental introspection, or maybe he just doesn't have anything fun to do right now.
>>1601783
>>1604648
The imp points at the nearest warp juice fountain with the same emotionless facial expression.
>>1602339
>you will be attracted to the nearest solid object
This is correct.
>>1604711
After you thank the imp, you go to the warp juice fountain, but the golden satan statue tells you that you cannot drink from this fountain without a cup.
>>1604730
Point behind him in surprise to distract him, grab some juice then turn a rock into a cup. Drink more.
>>1604730
Go to the bar, order a flying frenchman, with an extra shot of either espresso or absinthe.
Rolled 1 (1d3)
>>1605392
>>1605074
>>1605062
Aric weights his options, and decides to decide what he's going to do through using a metaphorical 1d3.
Rolled 6 (1d6)
>>1608294
You attempt to distract the statue.
Results:
5-6 distracted
1-4 not distracted
Rolled 14 (1d20)
>>1608326
While the statue is distracted, you drink from the fountain, immediately channeling your warp juice to turn a rock into a cup.
Results:
19-20 good cup
17-18 okay cup
15-16 bad cup
13-14 plastic
10-12 weird thing
2-9 nothing happens
1 really bad thing happens
Rolled 1 (1d6)
>>1608409
You have turned the rock into a rough piece of plastic. Thankfully, you are still drinking, so you may still have a chance of refilling your warp juice meter a bit before the statue turns around.
Results:
6 full charge
5 2/3
3-4 1/3
1-2 no charge
>>1608420
The statue pushes you off the fountain before you can drink any more warp juice and sets up a forcefield to keep you out.
What do you do now?
>>1608442
Use subversion on the force shield to make it push out the liquid into your mouth and drink to your hearts content
>>1608933
We don't have any warp juice, try the bra thing.
Rolled 3 (1d6)
>>1609089
You try your plan B.
Results:
6 he lets you drink
5 he lets you drink but calls you gross
1-4 he doesn't let you drink
>>1612154
The satan statue is disgusted by your "cup", and tells you to leave.
What now?
>>1612174
We pretty much have to go the the bar now.
>>1612844
You arrive at the bar after an uneventful walk. The bar is decorated rather scarcely. There are 2 people in the process of getting their drinks and more people sitting at conveniently out-of-focus tables.
What are your actions?
>>1615995
Casually order a one-of-a-kind, sideways.
>>1618541
Well, this, uh, certainly does fit the definitions of "one-of-a-kind" and "sideways", but not in a way you expected.
>>1618545
Ask if it's gluten free.
OP here, I will not be able to continue the quest because my computer is in danger of viruses. I am typing this from my phone.
The quest doesn't seem very popular anyway so you guys probably won't miss it.
>>1620343
RIP.
>>1620628
Did you like the quest while it lasted? What were the problems with the quest? How would you rate the quest on a scale of 1 to 10?
>>1620656
This quest was awesome, though there were too few players. 8/10 tentacle beverages.
>>1620343
I enjoyed it very much.
>>1620656
>Did you like the quest while it lasted?
I liked it, it had some novel ideas. A bit of a shame it didn't gather much interest. I was busy with other quests and stuff so I wasn't able to participate as much as I'd like.
>What were the problems with the quest?
Can't say, we were only one and maybe a half threads in. Probably the hook for the OP, as mentioned in an Mortician's obituaries for dead quests. >>1623733
>How would you rate the quest on a scale of 1 to 10?
I would say, 7/10 nice start.
