Last we left our heroes. They where on/near/in a newly raised carrier blimp surrounded by 12 lights that are looking them down with a collection of weapons.Backup has been radioed in, one player has retreated to act as the comm base, and I dropped my hot pocket down the front of my shirt.

There was a low thum in the background. Drowned out in the cacophony of noise that was probably very thrilling to anyone involved.

Tribes wasn't thrilled. Because he didn't have the chemicals in his brain to actually produce that kind of emotion. He was, however, amused, to some extent. Waiting. Anticipation. Feelings that were new-ish.

After a few moments, the construct got sick of waiting, turning themselves towards the door of their deployment pod.. And pushing with all their might.

The thing bust open, the bit of metal that made up the door flying away. The levitation matrix inside the suit activating as the metal hulk around it fell to earth.

Tribes hefted it's rifle, on the very edge of the fighting, giving a quick look over it's attachments before flicking the scope on.

At this range you have to fire thought a ship hull to hit the hangar. However to don't care and shoot at one. When you do so however it goes though the hull and hits the center of the darkness of the hangar. Causing an explosion an a puff of a fireball to blow out the hangar. The F10 that was taxing out to become part of said fireball.

There is a rumble from the explosion of the intact hangar that can be felt to all around the base.

However the flying planes above the base turn and fly towards you! All 4 F10s fire their sidewinders at you!

Repairing both tanks, but only able to weld one tank that can fire once and has to be reloaded, Ryman turns to the planes and tries to take control. One plane shows up on your hud, however you somehow forward a A10s command though one of your drones, and it's autocannons fires point blank at your hull! Doing 1 dam and not responding to commands!

That is addition to 1 helicopter firing on you!

Drifter takes this moment to rush into the command tower as the chaos starts. When he breaks into what his now patchy ASS shows was a sealed hatch, the ground begins to shake as the entire airfield starts to rip itself from the ground and rise. Drifter closing the door behind him as he regains his balance in what he thought was the base of the command tower. As the entirety of base rises to show a zeppelin base.


As the base rises to about 100 feet radio comms start to flare.

"Well well well. We meet again AC. Still going after an honest pirate are we? Well this time I am in control of something I understand, and this time my allies will show you that Africa will be the source of the powerful PIRATE NATION!"

As his says pirate station sections of the blimp open to show.... 12 Sexy Light suits with black paint. launching from the sides! They take defensive positions around the blimp as it starts to slowly move away from you all! Striking a group pose above the ship they shout over comms: "Black sky pirates strike force GO!"

Vanguard's thrusters fired as they went infront of Ryman, firing their various countermeasures in an attempt to block the missiles going for him, and increase their chance to dodge the sidewinders coming at them.

As tribes gained his bearings the battle started before him he considered his options. The lights knew he was there, and even with their scanners marking him he notices they are picking the active targets first. He notices first that their speed makes the decent range between them small in comparison with their speed.

Dodging the sidewinders with a jump aimed at the blimp, bas swings out his big mac at one of helicopters gaining height and turns it into a fireball. Getting him the ire of the remaining 5 helis and a SW! The helis firing controlled auto-cannons at the risk of hitting the blimp and a melee coming to you!

As you "race" up the stairs you pass more and more rooms and floors in the tower. When reaching the hatch at the top of a set of stairs you open it. Walking up the stairs you see the square command room that would be more fitting for a spaceship. However besides the only 5 humans turning their heads at you, you notice the elephant in the room. Which is really more of a heavy sized sexy suit in this sumo ring sized room.

What brings your attention first is right next to her is Airdid, Who looks at you with a spark of horror. "You should no be here! HOW did you get here?" He looks to the heavy suit. "The plan can't change! Your team will mop up the outside force while you take care of this force." He then slams down on a button and an elevator springs out of the ground. Which he tries to get into. The heavy suit smiles as she assumes a guarded pose. An auto-tuned voice coming forth. "Surrender now AC. Or by the power of my suit I will punish you!"

A heavy shield is not the first thing people think of when blocking a sidewinder missile, but suits make anything possible. As the missiles collide and the nothing gets injured IT notices that his defensive posture still gets attention. 2 SW flank him and wink as one fires and another tries to stab him with a spear.

Even at short range, flares have an effect on heat seeking missiles. The entire collection veering off, making it easy to stay still and watch the missiles fly off.
There is an issue however as their comms seem to be all over the place. You can tell their comms seem to be between 2 person teams, with another source coming from inside the blimp. However it seems it went dark as something has caused the leader to stop radioing for a moment. You take the moment to try and control the leader with a moment of success. There is a defense maze making your control not 100% effective, but you seem to be rooted in about 33% progress on complete control. Drifter notices the effect immediately as her suit lets off sparks for a moment as the artillery cannon sparks in a malfunction.

However Vanguards actions get the ire of a SW team and a strafing F10 and he has dodge 3 times!

Trying to dodge, RW stumbled into the path of the sidewinders and gets slammed by the effects. Even for small missiles his armor crumples as it connects! Well that WOULD have happened if not for the PB. The other missile making a serious dent. In And worse yet two SW attack as well!

As the SW flank you and combine their efforts Wolf is still able to out work them and is unharmed as they continue. He is able to take out 2 of the helis, and in facts grabs another close by. However the F10s now have a target as they try and strafe you!

As the attacks come on the bullets graze IT's hull. The girls continue their assault, but this seems to be something that will be a test of time for IT with his armor.

Gaining ground in the leaders system there is an active resistance by the suit owner. Drifter see a slip of composure as her face scrunches. 66% control, but you can tell that will drop to 50% or lower next turn! Near Vanguard however has his hands full as he tries to dodge or minimize the attention of the 2 SW on him. Going for one of the SW attacking him however he notices the resistance and the block. He gets nothing as she continues on.

As Drifter starts off he notices she raises her harden as she tries lowers her legs to grind on the floor. Chasing after him her weapons still work, and she fires and attacks! As she chases and dodges Drifter notices that none of his attacks connect with her! The EMP gernades strike the consoles with their splash however and all the drone planes go dead in the air. Crashing to the ground in due time. The people in the room trying to find cover.

As the wolf tries to dodge and weave one attack goes though, and the blade of one of the SW goes into a joint! Focusing on taking out the helis wold does grab one of them. Whipping it around it smacks into the other creating an explosion!

However at the final ally of the SWs becoming dust, and the situation looking bleak for all of them. They start to glow as their movements speed up! As they dance around his armor however they still try to find a weakness. However that also has no effect with is dur.

After the SW landed and changed targets with another SW he noticed she is trying to repair her thurster on the ground. If she does get it to work it won't be without a (turn). That is for sure. This time the same effect is done for another SW with a rail rifle. The effect is more then a broken suit piece as the entire limb is gone. However it seems with it glowing it is still in the air. However using it's single leg to stay up. One of the SW get a blade across his chest... With very limited effects. A gash with minor sparks.

The now glowing SW are moving very fast. The effects of Celerity obvious! Getting hit twice and dealing hits, Bas smacks both of the SW attacking him. Batting one hard enough with both DAM and EMP that a normal suit would have gone down. It looks battered and slow however. Effects that mean well for him.

In spite of having to stay on the defensive thus far, the pilot seemed to be enjoying himself if the grin on his face was anything to go by. He didn't even mind Vanguard's orders to not kill, really.

The trading of blows continues in the command deck. The car vs the fast tank. The action reaches a high point as the SW and Drifter trade blows. A pile driver hits drifter as the shockwave hits her, both slowing down as both take a nasty hit. Both now entering a final stage. The pile driver entering cooldown, but now the weapon being used to beat down the car.

As the blows are shrugged off red fires without issue. The carbine hitting the SW with limited effect, but noticed scarring. You notice the strike witches are attacking you less and moving to others.

Taking aim, only one weapon reports errors on target confirm. The other two shots connecting on the "slowed" down SW. The SW turning being downed with two massive holes in the pilot. And her angry partner having no effect with her swings.

Noticing a nasty hit about to happen, the fort decided to spin around to deflect a shot. As it did so however the shot was deflected into the blades path of one of the SW! However there is a massive ERROR message over his hud as the command virus is being fed back into your suit! You where able to shut the program off before anything took effect, but with no effect either way.

Sieging down with newfound armor, bas tries to do what he can with what effects he knows of. Throwing things hard. Actually connecting a few power poles, While none are downed, one was actually pinned for a moment before shakingly flying back.

As the cross fires its payload into the belly of the blimp from above, the payload of non-flammable gas ballast is confirmed. That doesn't stop the blimp from shaking as a massive hole appears from one side to the other. Giving a hole to see the internals of this section of the blimp. The sectioned off area being shown seems to be the engine area. With the two outside main engines missing one major propeller, the blimps spinning in place is confirmed. All it can do is gaining limited height as the skins fill with some type of gas. Even more so as part of the skins now have a massive hole in them.
