Look at all the deleted shitposts here. Most of them were clearly from the same person who got his entire post history wiped when banned. One of the last was "someone make a /qa/ thread!", then this thread popped up relatively shortly after, around the same time some undeleted shitposts along the same lines as the deleted ones appeared in the current thread.

It should be pretty clear this is all the same guy and he made the the thread here right after ban evading his ban for shitting up the anime general for 2+ hours straight.

Mods have shamed samefaggers tons of times. The easiest example of I can think of jewcob getting outed by a mod for heavy samefagging.

/vp/ has far greater problems than a general making threads too fast

Yes, anon. That is better. Because without the general, there wouldn't be a constant Gardevoir thread. If you want a system that is neat and contained, go use a fucking traditional forum. Generals don't belong here and they change the OP from being a conversation starter to a topic setter. If the general wasn't there, there wouldn't be constant Gardevoir threads and when there is, they wouldn't be just about Gardevoir and would trail off in other topics like they are supposed to.

On 4chan, 10 threads for the same topic is better than 10 generals. Because all 10 of those threads will be different and interesting, while those generals will be boring and the same garbage.

Fucking this. This one guy keeps linking to /qa/ threads about the anime general, then all this other shitty spam gets posted there as well. Then rather curiously, all the spam and the links to the /qa/ thread get purged at the exact same time. I've noticed this trend just as you have. Basically the /qa/ threads accusing the anime thread of spamming the catalog are all bullshit and made by a guy who is shitting up the anime threads himself with all kinds of crap like linkspam and vore/scat/trolls/flames/porn and linking to his /qa/ threads, then getting banned. Three threads existing in the catalog beyond the bump limit on the day of an episode airing, when the general makes a new thread before the image to ensure that a new one isn't needed during the episode itself, is not "thread spamming" in the slightest.

the mods practically the forced the general, because episode 'hype threads' started to clog up the catalog as there was no consensus on when they would be made, so you'd get people posting 5-6 different hype threads and it became a complete mess

There is no ignoring a problem when it takes the majority of the space on the site, shits it up and shapes the fucking thing. And if the mods forced the generel, it really does show how little they care about /vp/ since they showed in the past they hate the things as well.
