GENUINE QUESTION:

Is the Trump support here a piece of brilliant hivemind satire, or are you all genuinely convinced he will be elected?

After being a b/tard for a few years, I only came to /pol/ a few months ago because you could actually have a decent conversation of reasonable length. My first impression of the pro-Trump posts was that it was instinctive contrarianism, a useful response to the delusional Bernie supporters and the unscrupulous Hillary supporters.

But things have just gotten too real lately. I found myself shitposting after the last Republican debate about how glorious (and cartoonish) Trump was vs how pathetic Bush looked. It's fun. It's chaotic.

When Bush called Trump a "chaos candidate" I knew exactly what he was talking about. He is absolutely right. But I think chaos is what the American electoral system needs. We need a slightly out of control shit-show. We need something anti-establishment. Something the corporate media can't easily predict for the next eleven months. If I were an American I would openly vote for Rand, but probably secretly vote for Trump just out of morbid curiosity.

I consider myself quite nihilistic and I think the Trump support in this relatively small corner of the internet is amusing.

AM I COMPLETELY OFF-BASE??
>>
We support Trump. Get over it.
>>
>>60004556

Yes, Trump is very likely going to be elected. He's dominating the Republican primaries, and the only two Democrat candidates are both easy pickings for his style of campaigning.

Hillary has so many skeletons in the closet and so much controversy buried that Trump only has to play dirty finger and drag them up into the light.

Bernie is basically the Jeb Bush of the left. He's low energy and submissive and when it comes to any form of debate Trump's energy and aggressive style will simply dominate him.

Shut the fuck up, lurk more and stop thinking you're hot shit for finally graduating from retard and porn central.

Trump is a beacon of change in this country, whether or not he's holding the pitchfork or at the end of it. He speaks genuinely about his love for the country and him not being beholden to any outside sources is all the more enticing. I don't necessarily agree 100% with his policies and views but he has not made me think he would not take the advice of his advisers lightly. He's a smart man who built a huge company who respects the opinions of those he has around him.

Like I said previously, either he literally makes the country great again, or he will be the catalyst for the "revolution" to make the country great again.

>>
>>60004639

I don't want to give the wrong impression. I love the Trump support. I think it's hilarious how much influence the internet has in his success. But I am like 95% certain that he will not be elected.

>>60004700

Hillary has tons of skeletons and she's had them for years...but they've never held her back. She's one of the most successful political figures of the baby-boomer generation (which may be a point against her). She knows how to deal with the media. She knows how to crack one-liners just like Trump.

I know Democrats talk a big game when it comes to principles ("If Bernie's not the candidate, I'll vote third party), but I'm convinced most of them will settle for Hillary because the idea of Trump being president is so repulsive to them that they will feel they have no choice.
>>
>>60004889

>>
>>60005037
>Hillary has tons of skeletons and she's had them for years...but they've never held her back.

Because nobody has ever gone after Hillary in the vicious way that Trump will. Trump won't let the American people forget about her skeletons. He will talk about them every single day until the election. Hillary will constantly be playing defense and trying to explain away her many scandals. It's going to be devastating to her campaign.
>>
>>60005170
I honestly cannot wait for when he repeatedly brings up her treason investigations. People do not know or constantly forget she's under investigation.
>>
>>60005075

>>
>>60005253
That's initially what drove me to Trump.

Then I started listening to what he had to say and I became enamored.
>>
>>60004889

>Shut the fuck up, lurk more

I only mentioned that because it's hard to decipher what's a joke on /b/, On /pol/ the opinion is so pervasive that I'm questioning what's really happening.

>Trump is a beacon of change in this country, whether or not he's holding the pitchfork or at the end of it. >Like I said previously, either he literally makes the country great again, or he will be the catalyst for the "revolution" to make the country great again.

That's a fair point of view. His anti-establishment position is the most endearing thing about him.

I'm just concerned that America is moving from puppet show to circus with how easily people are satisfied with his rhetoric. Don't kid yourself, he's not the first guy to make general, wide-reaching promises that everyone secretly knows are impractical. And just like the college kids who saw how dramatically Obama became an establishment shill, I think Trump supporters would, in the very best scenario, see the same thing happen to Trump.
>>

That's where I disagree. Trump will not fall in line because, at the end of the day, it hurts his bottom line. He's predictable. I understand there are presidential secrets you learn the day you swear in but I do not fear he will back down from his views, and if he has to it will be a compromise and not a full retraction. He has inspired confidence in the voters, something that hasn't necessarily been present in the last two cycles, especially for the Republicans. Hell, I wasn't Republican until he announced his campaign.

>>
>>60005170

You think there aren't literally thousands of highly influential political players who absolutely loathe Hillary Clinton? Her and Bill are among the most hated politicians in recent memory. The Republican party of the 1990s actually managed to shore up enough support for the impeachment of the president. (For the record, it was only the second impeachment in the history of the country). They hinged their impeachment proceedings on him lying about the blowjob. Except that there were Republcans (some of whom are still in office) who thought the perjury claim was small beans compared to allegations of election fraud and corruption.

And what did the media talk about? What does everyone remember about the Clinton impeachment? Lewinsky. That's about it.

So keep that in mind when people are bringing up "treason" charges against former-first lady, former senator, former secretary of state Hillary Clinton.

That's a very good point, that one doesn't have to believe in the retarded promises to support the candidate.

I'm still baffled by how people are falling for his ridiculous rhetoric about buildings walls and killing relatives of terrorists. It's big talk but it feels satirical.
>>
>>60006254
>Which of his opinions do you really support?
Strengthening borders. This is something we've lacked that we need to enforce. We're not a welfare country.

Deporting illegals. This would cut down on the cost of welfare and would literally benefit everyone.

Building the wall itself would create tons of jobs and provide experience to many citizens who lack it in a job market requiring experience.

He's 100% correct in addressing the Internet recruitment of ISIS radicals. As well as completely blocking muslims. Islam is NOT a religion as it currently stands, it is a political ideology.

I am 100% behind his plan to bring manufacturing back to America. That is literally what will jumpstart the economy and get retards to stop thinking we're in recession and being afraid to spend. As well, it provides greater spending power to workers, and greater investment opportunities to big name companies.

I'm sure I agree with more but that's all I can come up with on the spot as I'm drinking.

I'm not even american but I want Trump to win, I think you guys have wasted enough money going to war that now your economy is ruined, so much money was printed to sponsor invasion of the middle east that now the regular folk has no way to compete in the global market against huge multinationals controlled by the Jews

If Trump really means to make America great, I think he's just the right guy to do so. He seems to me more like a business man than a politician, he's exactly the kind of asshole that you would want to hire to make a company duplicate its earnings.

Of course there's also the chance that after he becomes president he will just do the same kind of shit bush and obama did, but i can only hope he won't

How would deporting illegals benefit the economy? I agree 100% with deporting illegals from a moral standpoint, but I don't see an economic benefit. Maybe I'm wrong about America, but don't you have to prove that you're a citizen to receive welfare?
>>
>>60006632

>strengthening borders.

How is he practically going to do this? Military? Militiamen? The wall?

>Deporting illegals

Again, I support this. But how will is be carried out practically? By using those unconstitutional immigration checkpoints that have worked so well and not alienated US citizens who happen to live near the border?

>Building the wall.

Get the fuck out of here. How does he plan on carrying this out, practically? When does a wall become more effective than a fence?

>Internet recruitment by Isis

The only proposal I've heard from him regarding this involved undermining a large portion of the bill of rights. He's unconstitutional in his strategies.

>Jumpstart economy

Every politician in history has invoked this as an overarching goal. What is his strategy and how is it different from the other candidate?

Libfags often say that Trump supporters are delusional about his chances of his success, when literally all information points to the opposite.

Here is a list of unfortunate facts:

>Bernie is not going to get the nomination because Hillary is the DNC's pick and Bernie is basically just there to give people the illusion of choice
>Trump is going to absolutely annihilate Hillary in the debates
>Trump will cakewalk to the White House when more of her scandals keep pouring out

The man is quite possibly a genius.
He's rewritten the rules of the political game.
Just when the media thinks they've stumped him, he's 12 moves ahead. They will never learn.
He's probably using some psychological warfare tactics that don't even have names yet.
To see he's invincible probably isn't too much of a stretch. The only thing that can stop him by this point is a bullet.

And it's so ludicrous to suggest that Bernie can compete with the alpha behemoth that is Trump, that I'm not even going to entertain that possibility.
The man can't even run his own rally. He can't run the most powerful nation in the world.

Trump is going to be the next President. Find a way to deal with it.

Strengthening borders refers to the wall as well as muslim ban. Foreign immigrants have no natural right to live in America.

Deporting illegals refers to crime statistics where illegals are placed in American prisons rather than deported. His plan is to deport all imprisoned illegals and deport any future arrested illegals.

A wall becomes effective when it becomes impenetrable, either by being too deep to dig under or too tall to drive a car with a ramp next to, which is actually happening. Look at Israel, their wall is rather effective.

Internet recruitment by ISIS is another thing blown up by the Internet in an attempt to make him look stupid. Yes, he doesn't quite grasp it, but if he was told to cut the lines in Syria to stop ISIS access to the Internet I'd be all for it. It's an unbelievably large source of their recruitment and it's stupid to ignore.

The wall plan is a 5-year plan IIRC, hence securing hundreds of trade jobs over 5 years. 5 years of experience for anyone involved would literally help everyone involved as well as incentivize trades, which are being engulfed by idiots thinking STEM is the only way to success these days.

Yes, that could be very detrimental to the Democrats. But Trump has as big, or bigger, a problem in the Republican party. I'm convinced that there's a trigger that can be pulled that will flood one of the other candidates (Cruz, Rubio) with money and support just in time to snag the key state primaries.

approximately 30% of illegals are on welfare according to the government. they arent paying taxes in many cases and getting rid of the ones paying taxes and not on welfare opens up job opportunities for americans without jobs. they cant hide. the government knows who they are and where they sleep

5% of the population is about 15 mil people as per 2010 census data. obamas bull shit about it being a 1 mil for every 1% is a joke

anyways getting more legal citizens into jobs reduces those on government assisted living. since 1 parent may have a job and another might not or they have a kid without a job

the idea that the illegals jobs are secure because they are not paid minimum wage is a lie.

even in regards to agriculture where people would be paid on commission. how many bushels of blue berries you pick determines how much you make. averaged in most cases in states where 7-9 dollars a hours was minimum wage there wouldnt be a price increase. any one can do the job

finally any time they are paid under the table not only isnt it taxed but it does not factor into gdp growth in the corporate spending category

I just think of Trump as a tactical genius. He has no real chance at winning a general election, but he's so thoroughly dominated the primaries that you have to be a retard not to concede his genius. She lost in 2008 to a fellow Democrat, the golden boy of the media. What was her reward for losing? A reluctantly accepted position as secretary of state, one of the most powerful positions in government.

She resigned her post for the single purpose of running for president in 2016.

It seems like you're taking my calling her "successful" as a position of support for her. I don't like her. Never have. But her success and influence in American politics in unquestionable.

>Money doesn't work

What in the fuck are you talking about? Money obviously isn't the only ingredient but it's an absolute necessity this day and age. That's why I'm predicting a sudden surge from one of the other Republicans just as clutch states go to vote.

You think the liberal potshots are an example of "the media turning on trump"? No, bud. It will get a lot stronger and lot more subtle. That's the key. What they're doing now is generic and obvious. It's preaching to the choir (young liberals who naively support Sanders). If Trump becomes the nominee, or even competes closely for the nomination, you're gonna see a different tone to the election. You're gonna see highly respected (maybe even non-political) people coming out against Trump, ridiculing him, putting him on the spot.

>>60008228

I have to disagree. The media isn't just a casual observer with a dog in the fight. They are the overseers of the spectacle. The owners of the media companies have tangible, wide-reaching financial interests that are jeopardized when someone who is un-bribable get elected. That's why most of the presidents of the last century or more have been blatantly bribable. That's why both parties are blatantly bribable.

Trump is a megalomaniac. He could not be controlled the way a politician is typically controlled. He would shift policy and be unpredictable.

But Hilary will win. It is a mathematical certainty based on demographics. White males almost entirely voted for Mitt back in 2008 and it didn't matter. Non-Whites, women, and faggots think the democrats are their Masters -
and they are the majority now.

Hilary was picked to be the President after Obama back in 2007. The best I'll say about her is that she is a pragmatist. She does not have a political philosophy or character, she is pure Machiavellian. Other world leaders will fear her more than they ever feared Bush Jr. She is the type of President that would order personal assassinations.

... in any event. My personal feelings are that the Federal Government has vastly exceeded its mandate. I believe my country is an oligarchy.

I think you are missing a key word here

>politicians

Hillary is a professional politician.

Not only does America doesn't want another professional politician in the white house. But Trump, who used to be very close to the Clintons, will go after them in a way they simply can not prepare for.

Keep in mind this is the same man who wants to deport 11 million people, build the great wall of china in the US, bar Muslims from the US entirely... and his poll numbers keep going up when he does this.

When he takes off the gloves with Hillary, his poll numbers will fly over her in a spectacular way and they'll never know what hit them.

No one is in Trump's league, its really all what it boils down to.

I'm not a liberal. Not even close. I'm a libertarian at best but generally just pro-constitution.

I've never complained about being open minded. Never even made reference to it. The facts with which I've been confronted I've replied to with questions of practicality. I've asked how he plans to implement the wall, deporting illegals, banning Muslims, undermining the constitution, etc. And I've been met with this:

>>60007323

A reiteration of the facts but no further elaboration on the practicality of it.

And no acknowledgement of how unconstitutional some of his proposals are.

>>60008579

>if the people want Trump there is literally nothing they can do about it.

That is one of the most naive statements about US politics I've ever heard. Now, it's not like the American people want something and the media and ruling parties prevent them from having it. No, that IS fairly impossible. What they do instead is convince the people that they DON'T want it. They shift the narrative, change the context, paint good things in a bad light. And the majority of American voters have enough on their plate to not recognize the subtle ways their opinions are being manipulated.

>>60008610

Probably not. But that's an argument that works for people like you and me. It doesn't work for establishment politicians, evangelicals, corporate leaders (who HAVE attended those meetings). Where you and I are repulsed by secret meetings and corporatism taking over the country, to most people that's a sign of stability and intelligence.

I'm pretty much completely onboard with Trump. I had heard some conservative talk radio show while outside and was interested in who was speaking,s o I found the station at home and began listening to them (Mark Levin and Michael Savsge). I eventually became interested in the election and came to /pol/ as I was already browsing 4chan and wanted to be kept up to date on everything. Never came to /pol/ until about July of last year. I feel like my eyes were completely opened coming here. To all the media corruption, to the logical contradictions in what liberals say, and both thanks to Trump and /pol/ I've learned to always look more deeply into a story before jumping into any conclusions. I also just love listening to Mr. Savage because he's fairly humorous and doesn't just stick to politics but I digress.

I had only started to question my support for Trump during the wave of crazy shit he started saying around November, with the retweet of that inaccurate black crime statistic and how he basically only responded by saying "it's was just a retweet guys!" But then he regained it after I realized that it will get people to look at and talk about the actual statistics and the issues blacks face with themselves when they realize it's too high still. I also became a more adamant supporter when he proposed the Muslim ban because I was just starting to realize how big radical Islam was becoming and I love the fact that Trump was the only candidate willing to give any sort of honest proposal. I've always been somewhat into politics and the world since I was a teen but never really dived into as much as I have with Trump, so I definitely owe a lot to him/ & the radio shows. I had kind of already knew I would participate in this election though due to feeling bad for what I said about Obama when I was in my HS economics class and my teacher wanted us to say who we would vote for if we were old enough to vote (basically said Obama because he "looked more sincere").

Americans won't likely get sick of it because it represents stability to them. It represents relative prosperity. It represents the world they know and people in general are highly skeptical of fundamental changes.

That's why political strategies and media companies employ psychologists to shape their message.

As much as I admire Trump for his outspokenness and unapologetic dismissal of the media, I can't see any scenario in which he wins.

Other than photoshop Trump's face on to fat people's ass folds, I don't really know what else the media could do to denigrate the man.

Also, you have to realize the American people are fed up with the media. We really hate those mother fuckers.

Bill Clinton supporters, Obama supporters, Romney supporters, George Bush Jr. supporters, all listened to what the media said in order to educate themselves and make informed voting decisions.

Not one of those fuckers delivered on anything they said they were going to do, and the "media" was there the whole way to swoon over their "Rock Star" personality.

Remember when everyone in the media, including Republicans, called Obama a "Rock Star" candidate?

We're sick of the bull shit, give us a man who has to exist in the reality of running a real company, having to manage a real budget, and has actually done a god damn good job of it.

As far as Hillary having more experience than Trump in "politics", Trump has been in "the media" since his mid 20's, he's been buying politicians since his mid 30's. While he has largely been a behind the scenes operator for the last 30 years, he has been there, he knows all their dirty secrets, he knows how they work, and most of all.

He knows how to cut them down to size to make them do what he was paying them to do.

Media & parties only crown presidents because they have the most power. Trump has already broken their backs and radically challenged their power and is rising. Things change, landscapes shift, power dynamics reverse, not everything stays the same. We have a billionaire in play who is kicking ass and taking names. Your picture of the world is too static and residually liberal. People will fall in line, they already are. The unthinkable is happening.

Yes. That's exactly what I'm saying. Why? Because Democrats want more minorities and immigrants to shore up their voting bloc. They're losing more and more white votes and even with white population percentages declining, they'd lose every election for decades to come without adding new people.

Why are there still holdouts? Do anti-Trump people know how fun it is to be a Trump supporter? I haven't had this much fun following politics since.. ever. Never has politics been more fun. This is a blast. Everyday I laugh and giggle because I am on Team Trump. I feel like I'm part of a fun, patriotic community of brothers. We commiserate and we make fun of terrified liberals and confused kekservatives together. We play and we cheer and we watch with rapt anticipation for what Trump will say and do next. And most of all, we're filled with hope. Not cheap Obama hope, but actual "holy shit, this guy is completely different from anything we've ever seen and he might win" hope.

It's great. It's a rollercoaster of emotion and fun. And yet there's still this dour, unhappy crowd of wet blankets that refuse to join in on the fun, even though they're welcome to join us. It's crazy. Why choose to be a loser when you can be a winner?

I wish you were right and hope you are right. But my experience with American elections is that, after all the hype and all the polls, the dust settles and America settles for an establishment president. Every time. I'm resisting the Trump bandwagon because I don't want to be disappointed again.

Barring any catastrophic even (like an assassination or a 9/11-calibre terrorists attack on US soil) I can't fathom anything other than a Hillary Clinton victory in 2016.

>otherwise they would of let themselves be annexed by now
Canada isn't a real country, nerd.

Canada declared confederacy only 3 months after the US purchased Alaska. This is not a coincidence. People stupidly buy into the narrative that a country hellbent on manifest destiny simply gave up on claiming the massive tracks of land between its mainland and it's largest state. The reality is that purchasing Alaska gave the US full ownership of Canada as well. The establishment of canada is, and has always been a farce to prevent people from realizing that the US is actually the largest country in the world and has secured a ridiculous amount of land and resources to be accessed at any time.

The sooner you realize this, the easier it will be for you to understand why the neighbor of the largest military nation in history is a pacifist.

I would agree with you if Ron Paul was polling at over 40% this late into the primaries.

Ron Paul was polling above Obama in a "national election", however he caped out at about 18% in the Republican Primaries while Mitt Romney was polling at 32%.

I think what you may be missing here is why Ron Paul clearly captured the national vote, he failed horribly at capturing the Republican vote. He was actually polling extremely high in deep blue states like California and NYC.

Trump is going to win the GOP nomination, there is no way he's going see 10-20 point dives this late in the race, literally no one in the history of the GOP has lost the republican primaries who have been leading at this stage.

So, great, he has to GOP vote... now what about making him nationally electable?

I think you are underestimating his long history of being extremely moderate and in the "common sense" zone when it comes to Left vs Right.

He's going to be going up against a pro-war, pro-tax the small guy, anti-tax the big guy, pro-export jobs, until very recently anti-gay, "liberal" Democrat.

The "Obama" base wanted the opposite of this, the liberal Democratic base wants the opposite of Hillary. Really on the points, liberal Democrats support Trump's policies and track records more than Hillary's.

She basically is going to have no base but her media defense force.

I don't see how she can win a general against a weak GOP candidate, never mind this legendary one.

>>
>>60009836

I had the exact same sentiment in the last two elections. With every new political story...the latest potential "scandal," the latest buzzword about McCain-Palin, the latest catchphrase from the Obama campaign, I was certain that they would mean something to the election.

But what actually happened was that Democrats voted Democrat and Republicans voted Republican. Despite the desperate pleadings of the insufferable college kids pulling for Obama, and despite the declarations by "conservative advisors" that it would be a landslide victory for McCain/Romney/Whogivesafuck, everything ended up going incredibly normal. The hundred little tidbits against Obama were neutralized by the 103 little tidbits against McCain/Romney. What are you left with?

18 months of high ratings which amounted to little more than masturbation.

Morally? No.
Legally? You bet your ass.

The US Code is explicit.

>Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/1182

Non-citizen Muslims are a "class of aliens", therefore the President can suspend their entry for as long as he deems necessary.

Wow, that's a very useful counter argument. Never mind that Canada started off as an English colony (and French colonies, for that matter), not unlike the US. When the US was fighting the war of independence, the French supported them because it was essentially a proxy war against the British.

Now, the point you're making in that comic is equivalent to me saying that the French rescued America's ass in the war of independence because of their tangential support. Obviously a ridiculous point to make.

If it weren't for Trump's massive poll numbers this late into the primaries, I would totally agree with you.

I also think of Trump was going up against a 2012 Obama, Obama would mop the floor with him.

However, if you look at Hillary...

A pro-war, pro-tax the small guy, anti-tax the big guy, pro-export jobs, until very recently anti-gay, "liberal" Democrat.

However, you could be right. Maybe Trump's super liberal streak and Hillary's George W Bush like record will not shift party lines at all.

Although I do have to say, even you, would have to admit there is something radically different about Trump when comparing him to Ron Paul, McCain, or Romney, he's just such a different animal.

Will that wild-card game of his translate into general election votes, there is no way to tell, but it is different than the softly spoken gentlemanly GOP candidates we've seen for the last 30-50 years.

Oh and your missing an important cliff note of this election. There is no freedom in a warhead, unless you see death as freedom. The slow push from the left toward socialism and the gradual emergence of the right toward reactionary nationalistic bloodlust is symptomatic of an inability to compromise based on rigid structures of thought. Both sides are absolutely moronic; the rights with their happenings and suicide wish to start another civil war because they can't hate gay people anymore, and the lefts with their obsession to make everyone feel bad about everything in this country. The primaries are less than a month away.

While I'll give you he's virtually tied for Iowa with Cruz, he'd have to loose a 18 point lead in New Hampshire, 13 point in Nevada, 15 point lead in South Carolina and so on and so fourth to loose the nomination.

These poll numbers are at historic heights
http://www.thepoliticalinsider.com/confirmed-donald-trump-just-made-political-history-with-this/

History says he'll win the nomination.

As far as the nationals, we really won't know until we get there. But either way, it's going to be YYuuugggggg!

Anger. The American people are losing everything and the media is telling them all is well. We are tired of it.

I don't understand what you're saying. If something happens that exposes how corrupt and undemocratic the US electoral system is, I'm happy.

The Americans need an awakening more than almost anything else.

shiggy

There hasn't been a single primary. That's very early to be making statement about that.

Poll numbers, as much in favour of Trump as they are, are fickle and can change quickly.

I'd rather have faggot police than abusive police.
>>
>>60013419
our police is cucked too, they just dont wear skirts and makeup, like yours.
only leftists and anarchists (=retards) call them abusive.
>>
>>60013319
The democrats party canidate election is decided by 75% state delegates and 25% Super delegates that are picked by the party. The Parties chairman is Hillary's close friend and 2008 campaign manager. Hillary has 100% Of the super delegates and can win the nomination even if she looses 75% of the states elections. This will demoralize the Democrats who voted for Bernie and might even outright push many to vote for Trump.

>only leftists and anarchists call them abusive

You sound like a good citizen. Don't forget to turn in your friends and neighbours who criticize the government.

Why would Sanders supporters EVER vote for Trump?

That sounds so contrary to their goals and principles.

>you live in florida
How do I know?
>>
>>60013759
you do know that we have a commie goverment right now, yeah? you think leftists and anarchists critisize the goverment?
THEY ARE the goverment
>>
>>60013802
Because they are very naive about their party being good and not just using minorities as armor to avoid criticism and were just betrayed. No one likes Hillary. She is a enemy to everyone.

>a wall isn't effective because... er... you can go under/over it!

Do these people also think immune systems are pointless because bacteria and viruses can circumvent their mechanisms? Should we just say "fuck it" and stop growing our skin because you can be shot or stabbed through it?

Trump support here is a combination of memeing, shitposting, Democratic shilling, severe delusion, a pernicious desire of some to elevate the worst in all things in order to speed a destruction they see as advantageous and good deal of genuine, hopeful support heavily influenced by all the rest of the above.

So tell me how you think it all turns out. Here's my guess.
>>
/pol/ supports Trump simply because he's a guaranteed win for /pol/. The sheer amount of hilarity that came out of Trump is already a glorious victory for /pol/ as a whole.

Let's consider the scenarios:

>Trump doesn't get the nomination/loses to Shillary
Boardwide outrage, /pol/ implodes. It will be absolutely hilarious.

>Trump wins
/pol/ manages to meme a candidate to office.

>Trump has a mediocre term/Trump crashes the US with bad policies
/pol/ will enjoy mocking Trump forever.

>Trump causes WW3
ITS HAPPENINGGGG

>Trump manages to improve/save America
/pol/ PRIDE WORLDWIDE PRAISE GOD EMPEROR TRUMP

No matter how the election turns out, /pol/ will not lose.

I am 100% certain you are a cum slurping faggot.
>>
>>60014641

I'm calling Hillary. Have done since July.

>>60014663

Fair enough. It's a win-win. A Trump presidency is where morbid curiosity, political cynicism, and four years of low-effort shit-posting come together for a shit-covered three-way.
>>
>>60014796

lol, I am gay but that has nothing to do with this.
>>
>>60004556
Trump is a positive meme. I don't think you can defeat that. The only people not voting for him among Republicans tend to be butthurt religious types who hate that he isn't orienting his entire campaign around dead babies.
>>
>>60014663
About right.
>>60014799
Meh. Hillary the Inevitable is a meme herself.
>>
No one, no matter how far right wing you are, can unironically support trump.

Because the man is an idiot. And yes, stupid people can get rich.
>>
>>60016326

i unironically support him..fuck off merkel aint you got some refugees to suck off?
