They smell like shit
It's unhealthy and unappealing, naturally. There's a spiritual component to it tied to sloth and lack of discipline.

I used to be skinny, but then I made a few bad decisions when it comes to food. The good news is, I was able to realize what I was doing, and I stopped eating so much. I may be chubby, but it could be a hella lot worse had I continued my habits.
I feel pity for the fat people who simply made bad decisions and by the time they stopped were already very obese. However, I despise the fat acceptance movement in all its forms.

>chance of getting euthanized goes up as you get older
as a fat person I can confirm we are weak willed individuals not worthy of surviving any upcoming purge. The only slightly positive things are feeling (not actually being) slightly superior when people complain they can't have ice cream or whatever and the fact I'm stronger than I look.
This is all vastly outweighed by the cons and the fact that ordinary people have thinly veiled contempt for us.

"Oh my god I didn't know a dozen doughnuts a day for 15 years made me suddenly 300+lbs"
