It is concerning the research about school spending and test scored, but then, what do you suppose would increase test scores? Perhaps there is an issue in the testing or in where the funds go? There is a good John Oliver episode about testing in the US, I have not experienced it, but it seems the standardised testing there has many issues in it that should be addressed, this could be the solution to the problem!
