The feminist movement created the problem, so wouldn't a reactionary movement against feminists be the solution? Children's court is mainly decided by making rulings in the best interest of the child. You are going to need some sort of activist group funding and promoting research that says the judge's rulings in favor of women at the expense of men are NOT acting in the best interest of the child.
