This is why I want to see it. Christopher Nolan makes cool movies that take a different direction than most. Yes, the action in Batman was fairly predictable... But it was intense, well thought out, we'll written, the dialogue was solid and it was well directed.

The imagery of the battle of Dunkirk was very dark and desperate. It was an intense time to be a European soldier and to be honest, I don't think there are very many movies that depict when we were losing... And this is a good image that needs to be placed in the minds of our people.

When things looked their darkest, when a foreign ideology had swept aside all opposition and when we were against the ropes, we didn't give up... We didn't sue for peace, we kept going until the end and we turned it around.

I know there is a lot of Nazi sympathy on this board, but that is another Germanic ideology developed by autists, just like Marxism, that is responsible for tel he devastation of Europe and the fall of the west. I cannot support it and I believe there is another way... Through the strength of will and belief in our democracy and faith in the Monarchy, we can win this fight without resorting to perverse authoritarianism that has no place in our society... And to me, that is what this movie represents.

We are in the midst of our darkest days and it is now that we square our shoulders and face the onslaught... To win the war through endurance and grit, and reverse the defeats we have suffered.
