GI are mainly concerned with reducing migration and protecting European identity. That's what they focus on. And that in itself is not hate speech. So I think a British GI would be legal.

Honestly GI is future of right-wing movements in the West...yes it still has some major issues. But it's taking the right approach focusing on creating a new right-wing cultural idiom that borrows heavily from youth culture and using leftist tactics. It's confrontational, but PR savy.

The hard part will be getting so many people here in Britain to sign on for pan-Europeanism.
