Comand appointments when you don't have much idea what you're doing. Fast-paced course and they like to throw you in at the deep end, so e.g you'll be doing a Company Sergeant Major's job on exercise (something that in the real army people with 15 years' experience would be doing) in your 6th month in the army. Everyone's looking to you for leadership and it's a lot of pressure. Made harder by the fact that the exercises are sorta designed to fuck you up with sleep deprivation, bad weather, physical exertion etc, all of which make it harder to think straight under pressure.
