Why do schools require English past learning to read/write

I'll do you one better and say that kids need to be able to choose to study whatever the fuck they want, starting at age 11, whether it's the study of porn production, wood shop, coding, grammar, or agriculture

because it is one of the most important human contributions to separate us from animals is communication and expressing ourselves has evolve and English is now the world wide language of trade and making money because of America

Language is the very framework upon which all of human society is constructed around, language was the rope which pulled us from the blank stares of unknowing into the blinding light of self realization.

To undermine its study in the population at large is to invite even quicker ruin.

Language is a fundamental part of communication, which we focus a large part of daily life on. Every person in our country should be expected to know English very well, and utilize it to its fullest extent.
