Graphic designer anon here who makes commercials for a living.

They push multicultural thing because including only white people in commercials will bring more complaints for their clients, so it's easier to just go on and include all races.

They make them appear rich because rich people look more attractive.

They make them look like drinking because drinking is a common normie pasttime that enables easy bonding within a group of people.

They make them all smile because then it looks friendly and makes the target audience want to associate advertised product/service/location with good emotions.

Commercials do not need to reflect on reality, even my own clients say it comes secondary, especially visual information like pictures or videos, which are designed to only give you a quick visual cue on what roughly is the message directed at you and how you are supposed to feel about it. You only need to be accurate in your textual information bits, because otherwise you get into legal problems or get too much complaints.

They all start around $1400/mo and have the tenants carry ALL utilities up to and including fucking sewer, water, parking and TRASH.

Phoenix area is fucking busting at the seams with these degenerate buildings. None are at full occupancy and they keep on building them. In short time they will be flooded with arabs, blacks and latinos on section 8 vouchers. Mark my words.
