Mostly Libertarian here.
Why do you need utilities and railroads to be public? They can be perfectly privatised and regulated by the public sector.
Healthcare should be private because every individual should be given the financial and moral responsibility to take care of oneself.
Education should be subsidized by the government in order to promote equal opportunities for all, but no debt slavery.
Some courts could be private.
