You have to eat strictly healthy, otherwise your body has not enough energy and needs too long to recover. Make nutrition your top priority. Also, have in mind that your body needs to adapt to the new activity, you should have prepared for it in advance.

Just keep working, you push beyond what u are used to. That's the point of it all. When i first started my 8 hour shifts seemed like eternity, my legs hurt like bitch.
Now after 4 years, i actualy enjoy my job. It is demanding both physically and mentally, because i am machinist, on small and large machines both, milling and turning both, manual and cnc both.

The thing is, it feels good when u are able to provide for your self, and u feel like u earned everything. You are the one in control.
Bonus from my job is that i get to make awesome stuff, by my own hands and mind.

Well it's hard to prepare for lifting heavy objects, out away from your center of mass, repeatedly, in front of 1200 degree furnaces all day. I don't think I'll ever be prepared for that type of grueling labour. As for nutrition, I have been trying to eat healthy lately. More veggies and fruit, less processed crap, but I'm still having trouble finding some optimum diet and sticking to it every day. The healthy food is also more expensive than the fattening stuff unfortunately. I may not be cut out for hard physical labour, but I'd rather not work at Metro or Tim Hortons either. I guess I'll have to pretty soon.

I'll be honest, I was on board the Seth Rich train with finding Seth Rich's murderer, but yesterday I changed my mind.
