lowered the black and white points, slightly raised contrast, vibrance, and clarity. also did a kind of beige split toning in the highlights and a purple in the shadows. then i tried sharpening it a little and adding noise reduction but editing jpgs kind of sucks. and obviously i cropped it. theres also some banding on the left side of the picture that i hope isn't in the original, but you can get rid of it in photoshop. if i were you i'd pirate lightroom and learn the basics. play around with it until you come up with something that you like personally

Product shots are almost exclusively composites, especially with something like rings. Perfect your lighting on one spot for one shot, then the next spot, etc. Stack and composite those together.
