Bad for capacity and bad for weight distribution. When you have to fit a dry uniform, spare boots, sleeping bad, food and water for 2 days, and spare ammo, it just doesn't fit. And even if it does, it really does a number on your back.

Plus, with a retail price of 10 euros, it really, really is not worth investing in upgrades.

Buying a 30 euro large ALICE pack was a massive upgrade in every aspect.
