Do anyone have experience with maturing, bending and tempering bamboo? Any tips and tricks for it?
I'll be living in a region with a lot of wild bamboo the next year, and I want to make a recurve now that I can use for hunting.

I made a cedar slat planting box for my gf. No metal, only glue and pegs.

Very nice. Is cedar pricey compared to other hardwoods?
Also, you make that boat in the background?

Building my parents some chairs and a swing and a stool, cause they short as fuck and I need to make them something for christmas.
Also man I've tried making bows 300 times over but I swear I must start tillering when they're too thick or something because even when I bend them with all my force they hardly bend at all and I just end up breaking it.
I just don't know what a 40lb bow feels like when pushed down, usually I pick up weight.

It wasn't very expensive. I think $6 for a rough cut 1x4x8.
Yes the boat was a model kit I made years ago.

I'm about to start work on a gaming table. Gonna be four by six feet, with a 60 inch flat screen placed inside of the center. Gonna be based off some thing like this.
Also gonna make a cross bow soon.
First pic of table I'm basing it off of.
