does anyone here own an SBS? can you guys recommend it?
I got to try one from a rental shop near a bike path on the north end of my island, it was much more fun than I expected, and I could see it cutting down ground transit times (currently it takes me a bit more than 20 minutes to walk a ~1.5km route to work every day), but I don't know if it's actually more than a novelty that would wear out soon after buying it, or if it would just explode and kill my family anyway.
Any opinions?
Are you so lazy that you cant buy a skateboard

skateboards don't have mass-sensitive velocity, high speed rotation or reversing
fundamentally they're similar, but the function is very different
There is a whole board for this

yeah, I realized my mistake and ended up double-posting
probably for the best, no one on /bike/ cares about it anyway
