Whats The name of The iron bar part on bike where The peddle is attatched to?
Im trying to fix my bike after someone made them loose. What tool do i need to fix?

Well, crank arm.
If it's iron you might have a single piece crank. They come apart relatively simply.
The left pedal is reverse threaded.
If you have a bolt at the not-pedal end, you will probably need a special tool called a crank arm remover. It can be kind of a bitch getting the right one sometimes.
