It was still a work in progress at that time.
That trailer was a complete, top-to-bottom, gut the fucker and do it right job.

>3 x 7k axles got replaced with 2 x 12k's
>Repair/reinforce some rusted areas
>New plywood roof/floor
>New exterior siding
>Fully insulated - walls, ceiling, spray-foam'd under the floor

>Garage/shop in back, living quarters up front

Had it on the road late last season, it's real nice and turns heads everywhere it goes. Couple small finishing touches left. Pretty nice toy hauler/winter-camping rig.

Most of the trim is either salvaged off the exterior/old interior of the trailer when we bought it. Polished and riveted where it needed to go.

All the paneling inside is the same stuff that's on the exterior - ended up buying a pallet of the stuff. Wipes off/cleans up real easy.

Going to add a few more LED strips up front to brighten that up a little more. Right now all the lighting in here is about 7.5amps at 12v.

That wall/closets up front with the big TV on it is all custom-built. Snap-on toolbox built into the wall functions as a workbench.
There's a furnace under each closet.
Cabinets along the upper corners are all custom-built too. 1" welded square tube frame... shit's solid.

Sprayed-on bedliner for the flooring turned out real nice.

The feed from the truck connector comes in under the goose, which breaks out to the exterior lighting ... kept that separate from the interior stuff. Only thing common between them is the 12v bus - truck charges trailer in-transit; relay on the truck prevents the trailer from discharging the truck when parked.

All of the electrical for the trailer stuff comes in behind the toolbox.
120v split-phase AC from the generator feeds into the breaker box, which goes out to a number of circuits/outlets inside and outside.
12v from the batteries (two EV traction cells now, might add a third) feeds everything else through a fuse block.
Red's DC out to devices, yellow's for lighting, white's for switches. Blue is AV, most of that's hidden.
Thermostat controls both come into here.
Generator controls and fuel tank level meter come in here.

Panel covers everything. It'll be secured then trimmed out to match the interior of the living quarters... can remove the panel to get to the equipment/wiring back here, but once it's all buttoned up and done that shouldn't need to happen often.

Big project, but it's turned out real nice.

This is the 3rd and largest trailer i've been through directly, and by far the biggest overhaul i've done. Helped lots of friends out with issues on theirs.
One thing i've learned is that all trailers, no matter the brand reputation/price/quality, they're all shit.
They're built to look good on the showroom, and last long enough to get past the 1-year warranty, that's about it.

Cheap laminate that peels off after a warm summer/cold winter. Paint that wasn't prepped properly. Fucking scotch-locks on everything electrical.

Trailer's used for education/training in the mountains.
Get together in the morning on the mountain, spend an hour or two looking at what needs to be looked at (Terrain evaluation, avalanche forecasts, weather forecasts, emergency plan, etc) and make a plan for the day... then go ride and execute that trip plan. Come back, review/debrief, then go home.

Saves a lot of down-time getting a crew from one place (library/church/classroom/wherever in town) to the mountain and back, which means there's that much more time to cover what needs to be covered, or spend more time riding if the snow's good.

Training I did earlier this year followed that same plan-ride-debrief schedule, and we had 2-3 hours down each day just getting our crew of 10 from one place to another. The 2nd day was a killer ride day, about 2ft of fresh. Over the hood from the time we left the trailhead to when we got back to the trucks. After travelling 1600 miles, I really wanted to spend some time riding.

Snowbike. It used to be a dirt bike. Wheels came off, swing arm came off. Bracket/ski gets mounted where the front axle used to go, skid/track system goes where the swing arm and rear wheel used to go.
Couple other things to make a dirt bike more functional and funner in the winter... grip warmers, engine shroud, t-stat gauge.
The two wheels you're seeing is a dolly that allows the vehicle to be moved around in the shop.
