Easy thing to check, but the clean up would be messy (just pull the bleed valve off altogether).

I'd start with bleeding the MC, just fill up the reservoir and pump the lever and see if there isn't a bubble that got in when you bled the right caliper. If that doesn't do it, you crack the bleed nipple off. If you don't get brake fluid everywhere doing that, you look at the line next. Good luck.

The 690 is pretty middle of the road, not too shocking on maintenance or anything, but probably way too much torque for a beginner. They're a popular stunt bike for that, you add two teeth to the rear and it's good to go.

Like some days it just seems to not wanna run, the exhaust sounds weird, seems to be unstable in corners and it vibrates to much on high RPMS.

Other days everything seems slick and smooth and it almost feels to perfect.

The 600 was a short run and not very popular, I've never heard anything bad about it but I think the poor reception was due to it being just another 600 i4, which is a pretty full class. The 675 though is an i3 and been a favorite nearly every year since it was released.

I was having trouble mounting turning signals and one connector didnt make enough contact imo so I ripped it off and tried to wire the light without it and now the bike is electrically dead.
if I let it stay for some time it comes back to life but the engine doesnt start and the dashlights get more feeble after each attempt to kickstart until it's dead again

Any bike is managable. Some are easier than others. I was comfortable on a 675 Daytona at 5'6 but i was half off the seat and not flat footing. You get used to it.
