I personally own an 08' Lacner ES, the 4b11 is a fine engine, I haven't ran into any issues in the 60k miles that I owned it so far. Just don't get the CVT trans and it's a fine car

I have a 2012 AWD SE 2.4L and I have never had an issue with this car since I bought it. I only have 43k miles on it so far though

My only complaint is the ugly steering wheel and and the bluetooth never connects when It's under -10F for some reason.


Also I never heard anything about revving them, But I never do that anyway so I wouldn't know.

The problem is that people like to hoon them like a generic Subaru when they are a cheaper and more delicate car.
