Fuel door fixed a few minutes in. The cable just twists into the hole like a car light bulb. Cleaned it, oiled the spring, and it's good to go.

Here's one of the reasons I would rather reshell than get body work done. This is holding my upper control arm on. It works fine just haggard as fuck.

originally valve cover gasket was put on by a mechanic my dad took it to and its been falling appart for years i just never got around to changing it. i changed the linkages and they are fine its the sway bar bushings... i think causing it to be noisy now. it never really was entirely silent.

Also, head is basically in it's final form. Obviously nothing is bolted down, but it's ready to go. Had the seats cut at the machine shop and I noticed the valves sit a lot cleaner inside the domes. Glad I had that done.

Now just the block to go and we'll be ready for another engine swap. I took the 28th through the 2nd off of work and have tentatively planned to do it then.

4th gen prelude is more fuel efficient than the 5th gen (combine mpgs 24.5mpg vs 26mpg). 6th gen Civic Si is 28.5mpg combined.

Go with the Civic Si, you don't HAVE TO use premium fuel.
