Parked in ohio last night, opened the door this morning and the wind ripped it out if my hand. Now the lower front part rubs against the cab when i swing it open. You're right in that superheating work generally ends once spring is here though.

Crashcadia Evo master race reporting.

Mine is a knob under the APU control I just turn it on and it works. You have to be over a 1/4 tank for it to work right. If that doesn't work turn the power off to the truck with the little switch by the driver's seat and reset the bunk heater. It's all computer controlled and it stores error codes like a car that can prevent it from working until the codes are cleared. Hardware reset will do this

Sup boys. Just passed my CDL test and I'm licensed to drive a giant death machine now. Been applying to jobs for the past 2 months now (about a month before I started school) and have a few offers before I just sign with some OTR company.
A) Making $18.75/hour as a local delivery driver for PepsiCo. Home daily and I get to be like that faggot that lives in Florida but doesn't go saltwater fishing.

B) Lowboy operator for a tree service company. Pays $20/hour. Hours would probably be random and business would slow down at certain periods in the year.

C) Dedicated driver for a logistics company contracted to a manufacturing plant. It's 5 days out home on weekends but they said if I moved close to the plant, I could be home potentially whenever I'm there picking up a load that day. It's a per mile job and every trucker I've spoken with for the company has told me anywhere from $52K to $66K.

D) $21 a hour driving a dump truck delivering material to construction projects.


In the future, I plan to become an O/O either in flatbed or getting into intermodal transport at the ports for home every day.

Sounds about right to go O/O. $5-10k is the norm to work out all the bugs in a $25k truck. You've got enough experience your insurance should be affordable. From there it's just a matter of keeping enough cash on hand to deal with 90 day net payments while the truck eats about $1500 a week. Just remember to set aside 30% for taxes, and you're good.

i pay a total of 15k a year on 3 properties that in total are assessed for just a bit over 400k. one of those properties sits on a road that doesn't even have a paved shoulder. it's fucking gravel with pits in it because they don't refill them. the road itself is in shit condition, too. i pay for garbage disposal, sewage, and water on that property, too. the bulk of the taxes go to the school district which is average at best, and in reality below average.

the remaining two properties are also in similar school districts, but at least the roads are maintained a little better.
