Some cars are exceptionally easy to be good with (R34 GTR)
Hell I can run the GTR down Akagi pass with no problems which is something I can't do with any other car (not fast, mind you, 4:15)

Check the doc and/or wiki in the OP. That has all the information with all the series we're running (games, server names, required and optional mods, when races happen etc)

/ovgt3/ is on rFactor, but there are several AC races, plus you could just make your own impromptu race if you can open a port on your firewall

Quick update about the Grand Valley 300 race, I'm thinking about doing it on March 5th. Start at 2000 UTC, for a race that should be just slightly longer than 2 hours.

Might lock new mod cars like 2 or 3 days before to allow people with shit internets to download them all.

I'll fill the server with a random selection of cars to allow pickups.

I bought a 360 for Forza 4, Horizon 1/2 and i've played such a ridiculous amount of them that it more than justifies owning it for just them.

I already have Horizon 3 on PC, but i'd really like more of what Forza 4 offered, albeit I don't own an Xbox One and honestly have zero interest in one outside of Forza.

It was hopeless after early access, by that time it took too long for features to be added such as pit stops or even adding in basic shit like more than one light source or flag rules. The only thing it had going over it from rFactor was graphics and an autistic tire model that kept changing every few months while the physics aspect of it all went to shit.
Toaster compatibility? None. You needed to spend a lot of money just to get it to properly work and if you didn't, you were stuck with boxes everywhere that impaired your driving. Multiplayer? You have to register Steam IDs so they can JIP when pretty much every videogame outside of iRacing doesn't require hoops for joining a server.
rFactor may not have had advanced physics and an autistic dev team interested in shoveling more than the game price out in DLCs, but it hit all the right conditions for being a game that anyone could just download and play. Even rFactor 2 despite the absolutely fucking stupid pricing model it originally had was cheaper than AC with the DLCs and had more features going for it than Assetto Corsa has outside of a slightly worse shader engine.
TL;DR: Assetto Corsa is an awful game for anything other than people who paid too much for videogames and computers to pretend to be Chris Harris.
