How much does it normally cost to respray my car.

I honestly wouldn't worry about it for now, just make sure your washing/waxing it properly, look after it as best you can and if it starts to get really bad a year or two down the track then start looking at resprays.

BC is mid tier. And a steal compared to most others in that range. I have them on my e30 and s13. E30 has had them for 5 ROUGH years and are still trucking after multiple crashes. It's probably best to go on SAU or something for this, but I'd assume the RB30 is stronger due to the larger amounts of power it can produce before wanting to disintegrate. The RB20 is great, don't get me wrong, it's just suited to a smaller chassis. If you can get an RB20DET-powered r32 GTS-T producing 300hp, you'll have plenty of fun, with a less heavier engine. Engine weight has always been the downfall of the RB series but if you're just chasing a skid or sideways action, it's fine to go for the bigger block.
Yeah, but torque is still good across the board. While 2.5L or 2.6L is adequate enough, I'm of the opinion that a 2.0L I6 does not produce enough torque for a full-sized sedan such as the R31 / Pintara.

I'd assume RB20DETs would be less expensive than RB30DETs.

tl;dr, not entirely sure what one is strongest (my money is on the 30) but it's like comparing the hulk to superman; they're both pretty fucking strong.
