I guess I'm getting a car for Christmas: a red '97 golf that we got for free anyways. Needs a distributor and new tires but should last me through college until I can afford to get something nice and worth buying.

My parents already helped me with a car earlier this year and it's the best thing I have ever owned. I treat it like gold and do the basic maintenance myself. You guys made me buy into the miata meme and I don't regret a single second of it :^)
