The GS500 is objectively the best beginner bike.

New rider, i've been playing with leans during my commute. I've found on some of the faster corners (i assume speed would exaserbate any problems) the rear feels squirrelly.

Now its hard to say how far i'm leaning in retrospect, but i know i'm not scraping. The problem comes on the exit after the apex while i power out, but surely its not about too much power since i'm on a lil 250.

So my question, would lean technique play a roll in the rear feeling unsettled or is it about tyres?

It wasn't me. Was a friend of mine in high school. He literally skipped school to go home and play WoW. Started to stop coming entirely. We tried to help him by getting him to look at life as like a video game, grinding at school for grades, work to get money and exercising / eating the right food to save money and improve health, because his parents were going to kick him out to try and force him to face reality.
We tried to engage him in different hobbies that give a sense of accomplishment but he was just always thinking about WoW or some other game I think. He was seeing a therapist so I don't know what they advised. He started avoiding us and didn't want to come out so we saw less and eventually stopped seeing him. I moved interstate and don't know what happened to him and I haven't asked my friends about it for a while.

I think he really needed to just have hard ass parents for a year who wouldn't let him have a computer and forced him to get a job or seriously participate in some kind of self improving activity.
