Not just that but if we spent the money we do on international affairs and military on ourselves America would probably be a shining beacon with the best healthcare and education as well as just being the most advance in infrastructure in general.

When Japan didn't have to worry about military or getting involved in any conflicts all of their money went into their own system and that turned out well for them.

A muscle car just means a high displacement RWD performance coupe that anyone in the lower-middle income bracket could afford.

IRL this translates into a cheap mass produced sedan with an already in production V8 tuned for performance.

Dodge builds the Viper which was at one point an affordable V10 performance coupe but once it hit the $60,000 mark it left that segment.

V12s are pretty much a European engine, america had a V12 car, the Vector M12, but it used a Lamborghini engine.
if you go way back, Lincoln had v12s up until 1948 called the Lincon-Zephyr.

and lastly pic related, GMC made a 702 cubic inch V12 called the Twin six, It was used in heavy duty trucks only. 630 lb-ft peak torque at 1,600 rpm.
