I am working towards a civil engineering degree, and the jobs I was looking at getting were either a CAD technician or land surveying field crew or something like that. It's not that I don't believe in myself, but I've made mistakes before and as a result I have been working on my 4 year degree for 3 years and have 3 and a half years to go. I have taken Cal I 3 times now and will pass it this semester, but I still need Cal II to get to the actual engineering courses. I have all the freshman level stuff and quite a few electives done but I still need 105ish hours of classes to graduate, and if I fuck up in any of those the student loans will just keep going up and so will my graduation date.

New axels are needed.
The clutch probably needed replacing yesterday.

Fellow student I took a "fast" math course basically two semesters of pre calf in one semester. That got me overconfident and I went for calc I in the summer. Ranked the final and got a high D. Taking it again with the only professor that could fit my schedule. Should've dropped the class still got a month and a half to go and my tests have been Ds I want to see if I can pull it off if not 3rd times the charm and I'll take it with a professor that I know better lecture wise.

The stock Intel heatsink doesn't fit on this Thinkcentre mobo I just got in the mail. Why the fuck not? The holes are too large and it came with a removable plastic base that had threads on them. Can I just get any old heatsink from best buy that screws on?

So I changed the oil on my 02 CrV EX today and I noticed the speedometer didn't work much and it flicked a few times and now doesn't move at all, now is it the output transmission speed sensor? Or input? I'm assuming it's the output one with the gear in the end?

I'll bring the heatsink bracket the mobo came with into Best Buy and grab any old cooler that will fit. This is my sister's PC using my old parts so literally any small one with a fan will be fine. My current CPU is a i5 3570K I got used on eBay for 160 bucks. Same socket as my i3 so I didn't have to replace my mobo.

I played WoW from launch till Ulduar opened in LK.
the entire time a Prot warrior, even did prot pvp because I liked the style more than arms.

A prot warrior vs a paladin was hilarious, my funnest fights, I could just bounce all the stuns back, and the ones I didn't I had a %35 chance to resist, if not, two trinkets to pop, and several short CD's.

Paladins were my breakfast, I loved seeing them come running at people only for me to slowly kite them away from the group, and stun/spell lock in to oblivion.
Oh bubble? Cool, let my CD's recover, and allow me to bandage, swap trinks and heal etc, swap styles, and bladestorm, charge, intercept, and start the stun/spell lock again.

God damn I loved fighting paladins. 99% were facerolls, just hitting 1, 2, 3, 4. Every once in a while I would get in to a stale mate, and we both usually just stopped and fucked off, but still tried to gank eacother..

That soldier rocket that has 3 missies and give you +45 hp per hit? cheapest thing in the game, just rocket jump to some invisible wall, or above the enemy entrance and rain hell fire, jump down for ammo and health, and then rocket back up.

probably the class I play the most, I can get whole servers just going after me just because I get bored and find all the odd places I can land, camp them, and rain hellfire all over from above while they're paying attention to things on the ground.

Last time I played you could easily do it by building a porter on the stairs, and a disp in the door way, the only way past is either being skilled enough to bunny hop past the porter (The fuck is with source physics, holding jump, and strafe makes you jump faster, farther, and longer?)

As engi I just do that, watch the disp/stairs for anyone and pretty much ignore the sentry unless it's low on ammo.

Also fucking shoot everything. I don't get why people aren't trying to shoot teammates all the time, ammo is god damn everywhere.

Fucking up spy timetables is sometimes a gamble, but if you're trying to turtle the last capture point, you only give them the upper hand by slowly letting them advance. Fuck that shit up, blow it as soon as it's sapped, and slap a new one down instantly. The spy will jump the gun and start running in seeing it's been destroyed, but you'll be right there with porter blocking the path, with you sitting near the disp and unloading shotgun shells

Is the mobo non standard? If it fits and Intel chip it should fit the Intel heat sink.
If you get an aftermarket one though they usually come with the adapter plates. I have amd chip in mine and the adapter actually had a couple centimeters of adjustment.
You could also just not be putting it together correctly but heat sinks are a bitch that way.

You can actually just rotate the adapter plate iirc for different sockets.
Again one of the reasons I have been shilling the fuck out of them, maybe aside from bad QC in the lower lines (Which as a car/pc guy you should be able to fix) I don't think there's much negative to say about them.
They're also competitively priced with bargain bin coolers.

And since the plates fit multiple socket types, you can just re-use it.

After a few months of having it, I'm starting to like my 95 Civic coupe. I'd like to make it my own but I don't want to rice it. I could probably set aside like 2 maybe 2 and a half days at the most, most I've done on a car is oil/changing flats/alternator and a workaround on my cooling switch going out, I'd need to get an engine lift (probably the wrong term) other than that I have access to tools and a place to work on it.
