Not sure what you mean by "I need wi-fi to do social wi-fi", but if you're talking about some device to share wifi with others, a USB power bank is all you need.

Solar panels. There is even a company that makes bike trailors with a solar option.

I haven't actually tried it since I hace not experience scenario that this would be necessary yet, but you can read from http://www.wattfuelcell.com/difference-between-battery-fuel-cell/ and other online sources about it. But on the flip side, I am little uncertain about the operation temperature limit for these fuel cells and the storage temperature limit for those fuel and how does those limits compare to what would be the temperature when placed in environment you are going to setup

op, pls explain this, it makes me no sense.
Deep cycle marine battery will do twelve colts and charge over night. Inverter for household voltage but not for high drain devices. You could mount solar panel for extended battery life if you've got room.

Get a usb power bank, a set of solar panels, and solely use a cell phone. If you do a lot of work, then get a keyboard and maybe a secondary screen. There are small secondary screens driven by usb that should work fine. That is, if you're moving a lot with bike/trailer.
