I think the problem with some of the plans proposed here is that they aim to pretty much make /mu/ into /toy/, a mess of a board that is populated by nothing but generals. A board full of generals may have good discussion, but then becomes very stale and boring. A certain level of shitposting must be tolerated, lest the board become unexciting discussion about the same eight albums.
