>>
>>69880267
It all really depends on the person you are commissioning it from. Usually it's a small team or just one dude. Some are upwards of 1200$+ and there's no limit to how high it can get. And it also takes into play what you want on the guitar.

Korean deans are more common so it would probably be Soon-Yu Kim that pressed the button.

>for the price
I mean I would compare my $600 dean to pretty much any guitar up to double that price. I'm one of those people that obsessively compares before they buy. The sam ash and guitar center employees didn't even bother greeting me after the 4th consecutive day of coming in to test shit.

If I could afford a USA Hand made custom guitar I would've bought one. but theres no use comparing a factory made guitar to a hand built one. Pretty much anything new in a store under 1500 is factory made.

About £400ish IIRC, shipped from an Italian music store. There were cheaper ones at the time on Reverb but the sellers were too shit at communication to deal with. Pressie from the waifu, we each both chose a main gift to get eachother.

The gain is tight and smooth with responsive mids control, and there's a ton of it on tap with the boost engaged, although it's loud as hell. Cleans are lovely too if you specifically dial in that type of sound, but responds very well to actually using the guitar to fiddle with tones.

Now to start building a pedalboard to go with it.

>>69881089
It's definitely real, they don't make copies of the Howard Roberts model. The original pickups were so bad(490set), but it sounds good with the Tom Holmes pickups I put in.

Just not the level of craftsmanship you would expect from a guitar that was supposed to be one of their higher end semihollows. I recently played a Japanese Dangelico semihollow that's around the same price and it's so much better, kind of shameful for Gibson desu

Reverb usually goes at the very end of the chain so that every part of your signal is affected by it. The only other pedal I would put after a reverb is a delay or other time based pedal (looper/stutter/glitch pedal)

You can experiment but putting reverb before most pedals usually ends up in a muddy mess

a better amp desu
bass amps are expensive but they are worth it

about effects, i use a multi fx but if i were buying pedals i'd get MXR bass pedals. very few "bass" effects manufacturers actually throw in useful features, but the MXR bass compressor, envelope filter, chorus deluxe, fuzz deluxe, and their bass line in general have been pretty great in that respect.

Fuzzes and metal zones. Put an oscillating pedal early in the chain so it gets distorted and indistinguishable. Use fuzzes that dont take away low end. Basically anything that accentuates uncomfortable lows and squelching highs.

Is it possible to use a volume pedal to gain more control over a loud as fuck amp? A solid state, not a tube.

Say I have a 100+ watt amp that I want to use, but the master volume is super touchy, and it's hard to get it at that sweet spot where it's a reasonable volume. Would a volume pedal achieve this goal?

its the acoustic's channel
when i went to record the acoustic the asio4all wasnt working anymore so i had to use another driver
which was crackling and i thought it was only on the real-time listening and would come ok when exported

Geta darkglass b3/7k. It will give you a heavier tone. A compressor or limiter could go a long way too.

Asking the bassists, what kind of auto wah should I look into on bass? I want something for funk, something very vocal.

Because Halo make them custom to order, not cheap. Fyi they're super sub-par guitars, money better spent elsewhere.

I'm a lefty, if you do some research there are plenty of guitars available, this year alone I got a MiJ Ibanez, a custom ET Katana and a German Warwick Thumb NT 5 bass, all used and cheap as. Next year I'm hoping to grab a few MiJ Fenders since the lefty USA's aren't that common.

My issue is that I'm trying to do that for the E and A string, but my ring finger cannot move far enough that note on the D string. The fingering I'm trying is 22314 but my hand is failing me.

Any recomendations on a a good and cheap bass amp for a small room?

Some posters here have those Acoustic combo amps. Maybe look into those.
>>
>>69886811
Used Peavey Max bass amps. 115 is probably the best sounding.
>>
>>69886645
Its a solid state amp, so no it will not suck tone. The effects loop will places the pedal between the preamp and poweramp. Even on a tube amp it wouldnt really suck tone unless you have the master cranked and are getting the powertubes to overdrive
>>
>>69886688
No master volume on a twin reverb. The volume knob past about 1 and a half and the amp blows your head off

I use the tremolo for tremoloing. But it's a pain in the ass since there's no tap tempo. I need to replace it
