You should be more specific about what you're looking for though, if you want video games that feature ponies in some way, I think the closest you'll get is Diablo III's Whimsyshire, which has dangerous colored horses in it. There were a couple passing references in Fallout 4 with regards to the Giddy-Up Buttercup toy line, too.

RuneScape development team has a lot of bronies, so some updates are filled with references to the series.
For instance, there is a whole archipielago called with the name of the Mane 6. There are unicorn pets that ressemble the character design of the show. There are subtle easter eggs on quests, like references to the "elements of harmony" and such.
