Plush Thread: We Spend Too Much Time Snuggling and Not Enough

Has anybody used a Rowan with a LS? How much more difficult is it going to be to get in and how much does the tightness increase once it's in a plush? I got it yesterday and it's my first toy. I like it a lot.

I have a specific song I play whenever unboxing a new LS. It's become a ritual of sorts, to signify the beginning of a new chapter. I don't expect anyone to be familiar with this one.

I cut the tape and sit for a minute, then slowly pull the new pony out at 1:05 when the song really starts. I bond with her during the song, kissing and hugging her, promising to take care of her, looking over the handiwork. Ethereal, mantra-like vocals that I find very calming, almost spiritual.

And that night I of course make sweet, sweet love to her.

Your first LS? Congrats anon. I have some of the bigger ones and the size of this one is really good for hanging out in your lap and she's easy to move around and such. I recommend going with the 45-50" size ones someday if you are loving her enough. Really heavenly full body snuggles with the bigger ones. I love how her hooves are curved, like she is holding onto my shoulders when we kiss.

Making a plushy: Not really "hard" if you have a pattern and the minimum skills required, just really time consuming.
Making a Starlight plushy: OMEGA time consuming and probably the most "difficult" to make if you consider plushmaking capable of difficulty. I HATE making Glim Glam because my pattern for her hair has 46 pieces. I'm narrowing it down for the next ones, but I'm still not looking forward to it because it will still have at least 30. She also requires fabric dying if you want an accurate coat color.

So currently Fluttershy and Cheerilee are in their boxes in my closet. It's kinda tight, but they fit. Trying to figure out what to do for the future. Considering my room at home has been configured the way it is since 2009, I think I might move some furniture around and see what I can do.

So to put it simply, they're both in the closet and their boxes are touching.

Depends.

For the most part, I'd probably have to wait until everyone goes to sleep, and put them away before everyone wakes up.

If I just covered them up with the blanket, they'd probably ask what that cancerous growth next to me is.

But if there's ever a day where they're out of the house and I'm off, I'd def do it.

If I wanted to take them out this very moment, I'd have to take the box out (behind my hanging clothes), open the tape on the box, take the bubble wrap and cardboard on top off, take the pony in the bag out, take the pony out of the bag, then put all that stuff back in my closet.

Here's my room layout. It's a small room. It's mine because my brother and I shared a room up until 2009, when I asked for my own room. This was the only room available, that my mom planned on turning into her office but never did. Moved all the office supplies out, moved my furniture in, and here I am.
