A realistic humanized Celestia. By which I mean she should be pretty, but not gorgeous, with a bit of a long, horsey face (she is really a horse, after all). She could still be pretty--think Claudia Schiffer or a young Meryl Streep as examples of attractive women who made that facial shape and bone structure work for them--but not goddess/supermodel level. All it takes is a little effort to point these things out, and because you wanted to prove a point against me, you have. And you seem to be good at it to. Blindness to your mistakes does not come from a mental illness, just a lack of knowledge. This is one of the reasons __learning__ anatomy and the fundamentals in general is so useful.
Start off from the beginning, and study for once. It's clear you might've practiced, but never studied. Go look at the /ic/ sticky or some channels like Mark's drawing tutorials and Alphonso Dunn. Pick up some books or videos, whatever.

Sometimes a piece is bad on such a fundamental level that "learn the fundamentals" is legitimately all your criticism will boil down to.
Also, I dunno about others, but I feel like "learn anatomy" and whatnot is generally a better piece of advice for beginners, since it aims to make them learn more about anatomy as a whole, rather than to just fix, say, the hands.
Of course I don't doubt some people spew it just to fuck with others, but still, there's legitimacy behind it.
