It was entertaining and good execution of the story they wanted to tell. However, since it's our fourth babysitting episode it's kind of hard to rate because it really doesn't add much to the series. They really should have done something better with Flurry Heart than just a simple babysitting episode considering that Haber hinted at the whole mystery around her being an Alicorn. And this is the third babysitting episode in a row that failed to even come close to being as interesting as the first, Stare Master. That introduced a whole new power for Fluttershy and had a mythological beast in it. Obviously I'm just beating a dead horse but this is exactly the type of thing Faust would advocate against appearing in the show.

6/10 nothing special really. Not entirely average because I did enjoy some parts like the art gallery scenes – those were great – but I didn't enjoy it as much as some others here seem to have. Maybe it'll be better on rewatch, it's definitely not as horrible as it could've been and isn't preventing me from considering a rewatch.
Twilight thinking she can handle it but then freaking out when she obviously is late was nice, less likable for me were the constant repetition of "best aunt ever" and the slow pace in some parts, as well as Twilight being that bad at magically controlling Flurry, which irked me a little.

Neither time was Twilight learning the lesson.
Its easy to be the voice of reason when its not you going through the pain, but when the opportunity to do something you really want ends up on your door step (in this case Twilight really wanting to spend more time with her niece) its easy to forget lessons you've only learned by proxy.
Also people become idiots when it comes to babies and horribly misjudge how much effort goes into taking care of them, thats pretty much the crux of every "baby episode" and usually why they are so predictably shit. Never got into Adventure time. Gravity Falls is decent but is far from being as engaging as MLP to me. Rick and Morty is great but it's a completely different thing that I watch not for the same reasons I watch MLP for. And MLP is consistently better than Rick and Morty for me.
Star VS is currently the next best thing after MLP for me and it's the thing that (like Steven Universe) is pretty close to MLP style but (unlike Steven Universe) makes a good use of the fact it isn't oriented towards literal children and creates more complex and dark stories with better continuity. However SoL episodes there are still noticeably weaker than in MLP. The whole thing is much more story driven and the episodes that are not are very weak.

tl;dr It grabs the highest quality audio and video, and if those don't fit neatly together into an MP4 container, it'll use MKV instead. You can force it to use MP4 anyway, of course, and the instructions to do so are in the link.

You do realise that ffmpeg is also a video converter, right? All it's doing is, for example, grabbing the best video (e.g. .webm), the best audio (.ogg), merging them together into another video (.mkv). I've always got .mkv's from it, so I guess it's its default format.
