It's a graph showing how close each episode got to having the maximum points in each respective episode ranking survey I've done on /mlp/, including the ongoing one in >>29778466 so far, and it's interesting to see how some parts of seasons agree nearly completely over time while others are all over the place.

There's 10 two parters so far, I'd guess at 11 by the end of S7, so an extra 11 on top of the 158 we'll have by the end of season 7 doesn't feel like it would do much for time. I do average them to get the result for the ranking table and trends chart at the end.

Yeah but they are written as a single episode. It's basically asking if people liked the first half of a standard episode more.
The reason they are separated in two parts is because that's the length of a normal episode.
The first part wouldn't work without the second one and viceversa. That wouldn't be a issue but the way the survey is made, which is choosing between two episodes puts the two parters at a disadvantage and averaging them doesn't solve that problem.

Storywise a two parter indeed can't exist without the second part, but as far as episode count and order are concerned they're still counted separately. That's part of why I put them in separately. Two parters constantly end up pretty high anyway, so it doesn't seem to cause them too much of a problem.

I don't know about that.
The thing is that, for example, since they have 44 minutes instead of 22, they use this time differently. You can use the extra time to better set up the plot of the two episodes. That means that first part is slower than the second part because all the time used on setting everything up, but thanks to the build up all the reveals in the second part are much more enjoyable.
This would make people love the second part much more than the first one, despite a lot of that appreciation is thanks to all the time spent in the first part building up to the new thing introduced.

Or you also could have a shitty ending. That would affect part 2 much more than part 1 despite being the ending of the same story. Meanwhile in a single episode that bad ending is associated with the entire episode so despite the first half being amazing and good the ending just kills it. And that can be seen with MMC. I have seen so many people that love the first 15 minutes of the episode because the songs are fun, the situation is interesting and so on but the last 5 minutes of it and how rushed Twilight's transformation is ruins it for a lot of people. If you separated those two things in your survey I am sure that after averaging them MMC's ranking would change.

Outside of Glimglam's debut, there hasn't been a good two parter since The Crystal Empire.

I'm not so sure if they would change actually. I'll give a few examples.
If I split MMC up at the point where A True, True Friend ends then I'd guess the first part would be higher up and the second part lower. On average though I think it would end up in the same place as it would be if they were together. Putting To Where and Back Again together wouldn't change much since it's that last 5 or so minutes with the "Nulings" that Anons seem to hate the most. Part two has some great banter and interaction, but I think it's still the last 5 minutes that kills it. For A Canterlot Wedding, the split is where Twilight is sent to hell at the end of part 1 after a bunch of relatively boring build up and Shining appearing in the series out of nowhere. As it stands right now in this survey part two is 8 ranks above part one. Together I think it would end up in relatively the same place because they'd level each other out. I'm thinking most of the two parters would end up leveling each other out to where the average would've been anyway.

The thing is that this issue might be compounded by the methodology of the survey. On it's own it wouldn't be so bad but since your survey forces people to choose between two episodes which eventually will split the two parters.
I don't have the numbers you do and if you believe that it won't change a lot I'll believe you.

I also might be also somewhat biased since I don't think this method of ranking episodes is the best way, but I honestly can't think of abetter one outside of just having a list with all the episodes and making people grade each one, and that has it's own issues.

I'm basically in the southwesternmost part of the northeast. That is to say, the part of Pennsylvania that nobody lives in.
People here are friendly enough, but they tend to mind their own business. It's not typical to strike up a conversation with a stranger in the check-out line at Walmart, for example.
If you want that atmosphere, go south. Anyway, Pennsylvania is nice because you can experience both the bustling city life (in my case, Pittsburgh or Erie) and smaller, more rural communities without travelling more than 90 minutes.
The weather is quite variable from day to day, but the average summer temperature is around 84F. If that's too hot, go northeast. I went to Maine for a week last summer, and it was very nice. Cool and serene, although phone reception is spotty.

If you want to live on a far Northeast coastline, go to Maine or Massachusetts. Delaware isn't bad if you don't mind being further south. Avoid NY/NJ like the plague.
If you don't mind being landlocked, I recommend western Pennsylvania for its charming blend of Northeast and Midwest culture. Then again, I have lived here all my life, so I advise you to get some opinions from other Northeasterners.

Whenever he's not the focus, Spike is almost always the voice of reason and has a decent head on his shoulders. Despite being a baby for his species he seems almost adult and gives out decent advice to most ponies. When he's the focus, though, they decide to drop his IQ for whatever reason.
